I had taken my vehicle to this location several times in the past and had no choice multiple times recently. Thought I had a good honest relationship with Patrick. I trusted him so I trusted the shop. I went in for a suspension check was told it was my stabilizer links which I had replaced 1 yr ago ok fine Patrick got it under warranty but one of the employees there didn't like that he did that for me. I get my car back and as soon as i get in its making noise that is different and also worse so Blake text my car back into the bay leave the car running the whole time he takes off the tires and pretty sure he overgreased the links have to take the car back again because there's still noise and the handling feels worse have them replace the strut assembly I go to pick up my car and the windshield is broken they didn't call or notify me at all took it home and theres is stuff missing from my trunk popped the hood and saw that the grill and bumper weren't put back right and they broke my headlight housing along with a couple other things involving the reinstallation process. took it to another shop was told the links were the wrong size and it was hitting the knuckle. Got that replaced when they told me that it still making front and noise due to the strat assembly now I'm afraid to take it to any of the locations for them to honor this replacement. Blake gilliam should not be working on vehicles

After I refused a high priced service here back in July (I found someone to do it for thousands less the next day), someone here broke an engine shield and booby trapped my windshield wipers (crossed them up so they both broke off and scratched my windshield the next time I used them) and I just found out they cross threaded the bolts on my tires too as a sort of delayed booby trap that I just had to pay for. Legendary bad service.

Great crew at this Big O Tires location. Stopped in today needing my AC recharged. After stopping at Grease Monkey (who can’t no longer do this service) Patrick at Big O was able to get the job done in about 30 minutes. I’m recovering from surgery and needed to have this service done especially on a 100° day with no AC. Normally you need an appointment but he and his tech were able to accommodate me no questions asked. Just kind folks who want to do a good job at a fair price. Would highly recommend this crew who has good old fashioned customer service top of mind.

Once again Big O has saved the day. In each in every way. I went camping and it appears that some wires were chewed through. I thought I needed new components but they’re very awesome. Technician realize it was just a wiring issue and took care of it. 200 bucks out the door the guys at the counter Josh, Patrick and Brandon. A replacement battery for my key fob. I would highly recommend this place very personable.

Went in for tire rotation and have my brakes checked, they said about 45 minutes but we're done in about 30 minutes, said brakes were great and didn't try selling me new brake parts and service. I trust them to service my vehicle, and I've recommended them to people who might need vehicle maintenance or service, they are in my opinion very professional, not trying to gauge you for large amounts of money

Always willing to do Tire Maintenance at this location! While other locations may scoff at repairing flats or checking alignment, this Big O schedules and completed maintenance repairs without fail! I bought my tires at another Big O location and after getting turned away several times for repairs, I don’t even bother scheduling at the other location. Even through another location is closer to my house, I’ll make sure this Big O gets my new tire order business in the future. Thanks guys!

I made an appointment to get some new tires and an oil change at 8am. I was there a little late but that had a spot waiting for me. I chose their Big O Big Foot A/T II tires for my Toyota Tundra. It was during their buy 3 get 1 free sale so I saved nearly $300. My first road trip was up to the mountains for a fishing trip with some friends. They all commented on what a smooth ride it was!
