Paul had all the issues diagnosed fast and had it fixed for us right away. He uses quality parts and spends the time going over everything in detail with you. Paul’s communication is excellent! Great honest guy with fair prices! I had Paul replace my front and rear shocks and while he was working on my car, I asked him to check out a dash light that came on for my break system. He was able to diagnose it, give me a quote and a few days later he replaced a valve that had failed in my break system (part of the vacuum pump assembly [I have a hybrid]). Now my car drives smoothly and I don't have a dash light on! Whole process was painless, fairly priced, and Paul was very accommodating and professional.

I have gone to Tanner Automotive with many vehicles, and a multitude of problems. He has given 5 star work each time. I think what sets Tanner apart from the other mechanics I have used in the past is - he gives you and your vehicle undivided attention. A neighborhood mechanic that I tell everyone about, and don’t dread taking a car in for repairs, because I know the level of care is unparalleled. He works fast, and his prices are very reasonable. I feel that if you have ever felt your time and money was wasted at another repair shop it’s time you give Tanner the keys, and say goodbye to your car troubles. I will be a lifetime customer 🤙

Great service, Great people, no run around, very seamless experience. Had a driveshaft issue and a ujoint thay needed replaced. Dropped off the vehicle in the morning and had it back a few hours later. They did a great comprehensive check and let me know of any potential problem areas and services they could help me with and offered everything digitally and very easy to understand. Paul was great to talk to about everything and helped explain everything without making me feel uncomfortable or out of place. We will absolutely be back for any further needs. Highly recommend.

We took our older car in to have Paul tell us what it needed. He was honest and no high pressure. He worked with us on prioritizing the needs. He is super responsive and transparent. We now have a newer car that we brought in with a fluid leak. He found it immediately and said it was a minimal issue fixed it as part of our oil change. Physically shoed me what was going on and where the issue was so there was no doubt about any of it. If you want an honest mechanic who does not do high pressure and answers your calls and emails promptly then he fits the bill

I have been going to Tanner Automotive for years. Paul is the only mechanic that I have trusted with all my vehicles since my first encounter with him. Paul is extremely honest and precise. He is easy to communicate with and listens to me about what the issue is, which is huge for me. He understands the importance of having a reliable vehicle and will accomplish that for you. I have a routine check up done with him yearly and one of my vehicles has lasted longer then expected because of the outstanding maintenance that he performs. In emergency situations Paul has also been there in a pinch. I 100 percent recommend Tanner Automotive.

Was looking for a great new mechanic that doesn't bullshit you and I'm pretty sure I found the one! Took my car in for an alignment and Paul had pictures of the work that needed to be done and fully explained everything and even gave me a choice of factory or lower quality parts to choose from. Was a decent price and had great customer service. They got my car up and running smoothly the next day. I will be back for sure!

IMO, Tanner is a great place to take your car. I have been using this place for about 2 yrs. They don't talk down to me like a lot of mechanics have. On one of my cars, he was very honest letting me know that he would not keep put $ into the vehicle. I appreciated this, as others would have been happy to just keep fixing the junker.
