Unprofessional, just seemed to want to drain pockets. 1. Originally went here because they were able to get me a quick estimate for my car to be worked on. Off basis it was a very uncomfortable situation, continuously told me how much it would be in a snobby tone. 2. My insurance reached out and He attempted to charge 30% higher for parts and labor than what was originally quoted. Also called me and told me my insurance company wasn’t willing to pay for any repairs which wasn’t true. 3. Also left a note on his business door that he will return in 30 minutes. Didn’t show back up for almost 2 hours. So thankful my insurance company didn’t feed into this and we decided to go with caliber collision!

Just stopped by Northglenn Auto Body to ask if they could fix a minor cosmetic issue on my car. They were great - he looked at it , and said "I think we can figure something out". 10 minutes later I was driving away with the issue resolved. They were so nice! Great job replacing my hood and front grill on my Toyota Tacoma when someone with a stolen plate dropped shovels and ladders onto the highway. Price was good and the paint job was perfect. My experience here was not good. I came to get an estimate for alignment repairs. When I walked in, there was nobody in the office, just a bunch of monitors showing different parts of their facility. I waited five minutes and then walked out. As I'm walking out, someone opens the door and invites me back in. I tell the individual what I need and show his documentation from a previous shop i went to. Without looking at my vehicle, he creates an estimate for 5k. I told him that the pictures from the previous shop were not of my vehicle, just stock photos. He denied that and was certain it was my vehicle. I thanked him and went on my way. Finally, i took it to the dealership, and they repaired it for $170.

Can't say enough positive things about this company! Dependable / Good communication / Professional / Fair pricing. just to name a few! Then when I had a little issue with the repair many months later they addressed it promptly and did touch up paint on a few tiny nicks at no charge. This was not only not expected, i was frankly shocked. i figured they would tell me that it wasn't covered and was it my fault. But just the opposite, polite and we'll get on it right away was the response i got! This business goes so far above and beyond others, i don't know what more to say! Getting my H3 over there to do a few minor cosmetic touch ups soon to say Thanks for a Great Experience. Great place to keep busy and keep in NorthGlenn Uncle Brian

⭐ 0 Star Review I’m very disappointed with the paint work I received. The job did not meet my expectations at all. The paint appeared incomplete, and it honestly looked like it was sprayed outside without proper prep or finish work. There were noticeable dust spots throughout the paint, and overall the quality just wasn’t professional. The shop itself also did not appear clean or well-maintained, which likely contributed to the poor finish. For the amount of money and time I invested, this experience was extremely frustrating. I chose this company based on the reviews, but unfortunately my experience did not reflect what I was expecting. I would advise others to be cautious and thoroughly inspect work before paying. Very disappointed.
