My husband took his truck here and the Rodney never fixed it, I came and gave him money every week for months to get it fixed and paid off for when we moved, he never fixed it, never called us back, took literally a couple thousand dollars from us and kept our truck.

Made a reservation to rent a U-Haul truck at 10am Monday the 16th May 2022. Got here a few minutes before 10am, tried to do online check in and was told no truck was assigned, go to counter. Surprise, the shop was closed. Thanks for wasting my time. Save yourself trouble next time, rent a truck from a real U haul location, not this joke of a shop.

Brought my car in for him to take a look at and he found the problem and made an appointment. Brought it in for that appointment. It sat there all day and when I asked about an update he said he didn't even look at it. He doesn't know what's wrong with it. I don't think this is a real business, I think it's his hobby that he could take it or leave it.

Love this place! We have taken serval different service vans we use for work throughout the years , as well as our own personal vehicles . Rodney is honest doesn't try to sell you on additional repairs that you may not need . He tells you what's wrong and how much before he starts the work. This is an auto repair shop. My back tire on my motorcycle was a little low. Took it there and Rodney hooked me up with some air that's great customer service even though I didn't get any kind of work down on my vehicle. He still was kind and helpful put me back on the road safely with air in my tire. Definitely recommend also will have my truck worked on there.

Best place I've been I made a mistake and tried to make an appointment at a Ford dealership thank goodness I looked at the reviews and found this place close by. Great guys fast service and the price beat Ford big time. They called me back right away and completed the work even faster from now on this is my garage! I am a new customer. Needed brakes and a good look over on my 2004 mercury mountaineer. Found Westview Automotive near me on google and the reviews were all good with 5 star rating. Called and talked to Rodney and felt comfortable by just the phone call. I had made other calls before calling Rodney and was quoted ridiculous prices for just a brake job. Meeting him in person we went over my concerns and he was very personable and friendly and he listened and offered his professional opinion. He got my truck right in, drove it and looked it over then called me to go over what he found. He ended up doing more than just brakes and explained what he found and I felt was honest with me. My mercurcy drives like new. I couldn't be happier with his customer service and work. He will be my go to for all my vehicles repairs. 😊

These guys are a scam. After renting a U-Haul truck they said we went more than triple the miles that we did go. They have tried to charge my card 4 times for 4 different amounts. Good thing I shut down that card. I knew it was a scam when he didn't want to look at the truck right away like every other U-Haul place. After talking with U-Haul corporate they said we would be charged anything but the extra day we had the truck they even calculated the miles and can't figure out where Westview is getting these numbers. Do not give your hard earned money to these unprofessional scammers.

We ordered a Uhaul for a 9:00am in person pick-up. By 9:10 we called Uhaul to find out that they don't even open until 9:30. However, we waited until 10:00am and no one ever showed up! We had to change our reservation to another Uhaul and even had to reschedule our movers to later in the afternoon because they had another appointment right after us. Very unprofessional!
