Terrible Customer Service I literally called them 4 or 5 times! I spoke with someone twice and they never followed up with me on the status of my vehicle claim. my insurance company attempted to call them three times also they sent them a letter on getting the appraisal done. I never leave a lot of Google reviews, but I now have to move onto another auto body store because these people are extremely incompetent. I don’t even know if they have a bookkeeping system or how they run a business. Because every time I called they couldn’t even find my information and once they did, they basically said will call you back never returned a cal! I see they’ve gotten a lot of four-star reviews so maybe this is just one VERY bad experience for me.

A good shop went above and beyond for me! I delt with Carleigh for a quote and Kevin did my repair. I needed the cosmetic molding stripped off my doors. In and out in 2 hours just like they quoted with one low price. Thank you for taking care of my prized possession as if it were your own. Would highly suggest this shop for anyone looking for body work.

Took two vehicles in for estimates and potential repairs after a hail storm. Nearly 3 months has now gone by and every time I call for an update, they mention it will be ready in a few days or they'll have the estimator call back or some other excuse. I can only speak for the hail assessment portion of the services we tried to use, not the business overall, but I would not recommend this shop for hail damage assessment if you need a timely response to get your vehicle repaired or to get an insurance payout.

If I could give Kaizen 100 ⭐️ I would!! I had a road trip planned 3 days before my vehicle was damaged. They were able to work with the insurance adjuster that afternoon and get me in a rental that day. My road trip was planned for at least 30 days, Kaizen worked with my schedule so I was able to enjoy my trip. If you need body work done. This is the place to go. Took car there after an accident, impact was passenger front tire.When we got the car back, there was a vibration in the front passenger tire when braking at highway speeds. After returning it twice, I took it to another garage that found a damaged rotor on that wheel. Took it back to Kaizen and they told me that since they didn’t repair that the First time, it was NOT covered by their warranty. I will have it serviced somewhere else.

Absolutely phenomenal staff. They communicated so clearly throughout the process, made sure my vehicle was well taken care of, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Even when my car had some surprise hiccups they went out of their way to make sure to take care of every single thing. They supposedly fixed the wheel covers, but as you can see, the driver's side fell apart in less than a week.And when I took it back, they blamed it on me and they're gonna make me pay to have it fixed. Frankly, I can't believe it, it's unbelievable. My car falls apart because of them and now they're getting more money out of me. I couldn't sleep last night. I really can't believe it. I'm totally heartbroken. I'm retired on a fixed income, and this is what they do to me. They don't care, they just don't care.

I am completely blown away by the service I received at Kaizen. They turned what was a stressful situation with my car being hit by a semi truck taillight into such a seamless process. From the moment I submitted my All State Claim I received a call from Kaizen to get my appointment set up to assess the damage. They had a rental car waiting for me from Enterprise when I arrived (I have rental car coverage through my insurance), they arranged the whole thing. I didn't have to call Enterprise to set anything up and the convenience of everything was amazing. I was given an estimate for how long everything would take the first day I dropped off my car and kept informed throughout the entire process. Best of all, I only had to drop off my rental car at Kaizen and could pay my deductible straight to them instead of having to deal with my insurance. I was pleasantly surprised to see my car washed upon arrival to pick it up. I would absolutely recommend Kaizen to anyone looking for car repairs. They paid great attention to detail, made me feel like a valued customer, and were friendly and communicative through the whole process.

Caused additional damage and denied it happened at their shop. They were a USAA recommended provider. So I took my 2023 Acadia there for hail damage. During drop off I went around the car with their employee documenting the damage that needed to be repaired. I get a call that my car fob is gone, missing, stolen, who knows. So I have to take my spare so they can work on the car. After I pressed the issue the keys were found. The day it was supposed to be ready it wasn't said it was still being detailed, but I get a call later it's ready. I meet Allen during pick up, we go around the car and the hood it misaligned, chipped paint from removal(found later), front bumper was pushed out, front passenger side panel pushed in, rear panel pushed out, chipped paint. Allen's response to the chipped paint was that's rust. Turned out to be resin still on the car and not chipped paint. They blamed Caliber Collision for the damage. So I have to take the car there. I met with Zach (5 stars) he didn't know how the damage happened but we agree it wasn't from them. He fixes the front panel, finds the chipped pain on the hood and fixes that. The hood gets aligned. This leaves the front bumper. Kaizen continue to deny they did anything. It wasn't there when I dropped it off this is documented. Compete lack of integrity.
