I mistakenly purchased the wrong tires at this location. The tires were not mounted on the wheels. Two days later, I returned to this location to return them, but I was told that I needed to speak with a senior manager, and they said they couldn’t assist me. I came back again when the senior manager was present, and the only thing they could do was tell me that I had to leave the tires and wait for a call from the area manager. The trip to this location takes me 1.5-2 hours. Why couldn’t I leave the tires the first time? Since I left the tires (on December 20), no one has contacted me. I have been trying to reach this location, but either they don’t answer the phone, or they say they will look into the situation and put me on hold, where I waited for about 30 minutes without any response. On my further attempts to call, no one picked up. I paid $600 and demand that someone address this situation and issue my refund.

Ordered an oil change through car advise, had scheduled 2 days before. Arrived at location almost 1 hour earlier. just for the dude to tell me “ we do not have a closing mechanic”…. Better off going somewhere else. Would not recommend if you want to waste time. Just save yourself the headache and find somewhere else.

Appointment booking online was great very easy process. But arriving at location , not so much. Wait time was longer than expected, they couldn't do my wheel alignment. Gave me a car report on other things that I didn't ask for. Not what I expected.

I got a flat tire this past Saturday and yesterday Monday, i was able to get my tire Monday as I made an appointment on Sunday. Got my vehicle towed there and staff there was able to take my care before my appointment, installed the tired and was out before I knew it. Staff there was professional. Will go back again

The tires got replaced and it was cheap, but my fender was popped off (probably from their jack) that I had to pop back into place and there was grease ALL over the car. Tires, door handles, inside of the car on the handles, gear shift, steering wheel, ceiling.

This is my favorite location for oil change. It's not as busy as other locations so I don't need an appointment; the maintenance people are extremely nice and professional! They even check tires without mentioning it. Although it's a Lyft inspection location they still help you out

It took a day and a half just to do a 10-minute diagnostic on my car. This is absolutely absurd. All you have to do is plug the machine/scanner in to see what is wrong with the car. It doesn't take a day and 1/2 to do that.

Dropped my car off on Monday morning and only got it back when I walked in on Thursday to pick it up, in the span of 4 days I got absolutely no updates, not to mention it took 4 days to do a coolant test. When I went to pick it up they literally wrote on the paper “I don’t know what wrong with it” and when I asked them to be specific about what the issue was they told me they couldn’t elaborate. Still had to pay for the coolant test btw. Also they guy at the counter had one of the worst Coke nails I’ve ever seen

I always take my vehicle to pepboys for either the car inspection or an oil change. I also, always make an appointment online. I made an appointment for 1130am and my car did not get worked on until 12:59pm. I have never experienced such a long wait when I had an appointment so I was unsatisfied with the service due to this. I have been going to the same pepboys for over 10 years but this is my first time at this location and I will not be returning.

I meant to select excellent on the survey. The confusion came with the four stars appearing first. My appointment was set up in person with Jennifer, who was friendly and efficient. I needed a brake bulb replaced and air in my tires. When I returned the next day the wait was longer that I expected, however the patience and helpfulness of Joe was exemplary. My lift gate would not open!!! The work I needed done could not take place. Jennifer, Joe, and employee who was to do the work tried and tried to release the lock. We even called CarMax and Googled. Exhausted, I said, “I will come back another day! Joe pulled out my vehicle and I said I prayer because I truly wanted the work done that day! As I went around my vehicle, I tried the lift gate and lo and behold it opened!!! The work was done quickly and I was a very “happy camper” I truly appreciated all that was done. And I thank all three employees. The price was reasonable too.
