Overall, this is a great location. They do prompt work, call if they have any questions about your scheduled appointment, and let you know when your vehicle is ready. They are sometimes short on service advisors, so it takes a bit for someone to help you when you arrive, but they do solid work. I get my alignments done here and they are good! Mike has been really helpful explaining any additional findings they see when doing the services. Will be back for sure.

Sent my car in to get the brakes changes and game back with ruined struts. They then tried to charge me to fix what they broke. Additionally, the cashier made a rude comment to me about my method of payment. Horrible service, they hardly try. Do not come here unless you want to pay for your car to be ruined.

I had an appointment on Saturday 6/28 at 9am. I requested oil and filter, transmission fluid change and tire rotation. We were there at 8:45am. They told us that they don’t make transmission fluid change (why did you not call me?). But we the crazy situation is that despite we were at 8:45am for a 9am appointment, they could not give us our car until 11:35am. 3h for an oil change? A lot of time wasted. Unacceptable. You need to improve a lot guys!!!

You can not depend on them. Scheduled a appointment a few days prior to service. For 10AM for a set of 4 brand new tires And a basic computer wheel alignment. My vehicle was not ready until a few minutes Before 2PM my vehicle was there 4 hours in total just to have tires to be mounted on. I believe that's unacceptable, considering I had a appointment. I Do understand things can sometimes Not exactly go as scheduled. However There is always communication Which should have been used If your understaffed and more time would be needed instead of me waiting in the waiting room you should have communicated that This was my first time back at Pepboys in over 20years I suddenly remembered why I stayed away so long. They literally take forever. Also I don't think it's a good practice to Work on two or three vehicles at the same time being your understaff . Also I'm not sure what was all the green, beige yogurt looking goop that was caked on my rims and tires but they definitely could have rinsed that off my rims and tire. Friendly staff was welcoming. But communication should always be used.

Warning this place is a scam. I paid for a fuel throttle service that took 3 hrs and I was reassured by Caesar once I was leaving that the job was completed and ready, I paid for the fuel service which included cleaning of the fuel throttle body and other stuff.. when I got home to inspect this is what I found. no service was done but I definitely was charged for it. also side note check the work that the auto tech Percy P Does (he's more worried about changing your radio station than working on your car).. I'm Calling the BBB, BAR, And Corporate Office, if I wouldn't have checked their work I would have been scammed like so many before me.. Also Manager Rafeal Avila not helpful and aggressive

Went for an oil change but regretted it when they didn’t seem to be in a hurry even though I had an appointment. In my estimation it should take no longer than 30-45 mins to complete an oil change. Yes, my tires are a little worn but they still have enough tread for now as per the usual upsell. As much as we would like to, we can’t blame everything on Covid-19. Pep boys needs to show a bit more “pep” at this location. I made a phone call and went exploring the nearby empty shopping center while I waited so the wait wasn’t a total loss.🤷♂️

Appointments don’t matter. I set a 12pm appointment. My car wasn’t touched for 2 hours. Then it was moved but not worked on for another 2 hours. 5 hours later it was finished for an alignment, tire balancing & cabin filter change.

I arrived to this location with an angry customer walking out of the building talking shit and cursing on the way to his car. But I've been to this location before and had pleasant service so I entered anyways. The guy at the counter had very poor customer service skills and was interacting with me as if the only option I had was to drop my car off and that was the only option available to me. Even though I had an appointment I offered to just return in an hour which was meet with his eye rolls. I'm not spending my day off dealing with bad customer service. I can find another pep boy location or different more pleasant mechanic.

Best deal for tires, free wheel alignments. But they didn’t do a good job on alignment. After 5 days, my steering wheel was pulling to my right side while I was driving on the freeway. I don’t believe they aligned my tires well. Their reasoning is that I have to buy a part to make the alignment well .I work at the dealership and asked some mechanic colleagues for guidance and was told that it should be fixed by the branch who installed it. My car is a 2019 model so it’s not that old.
