Poor service in the area of wheel tires is given an appointment for 6:30 pm to install a tire Falken ZIEX 950 size 195/55 R 16, I arrive at the workshop at 6:15 pm and return me the car at 8:45 pm almost when the store are closed and for my surprise I notice in my house (use a flashlight) that I installed a tire size 185/55 R 16 I go to the next day at 7:00 am for ask to install the tires I had request and the employee who attends me He tells me that the manager (Antonio Rivera-Pep Boys Valle Real) is not there even the seller who created the appointment I have to wait after 10 am and that will return. When those employee are in the store then will verify if what I am claiming is true. From my point of view a fine way to tell the client if he is a liar. Starting from the premise, the client is not always right, but the client is the client and an American chain of stores that does not have a manager in turn to make a decision is incredible. Not yet I don't know if they are going to change the tires that I told the seller the expectations that I wanted and the lady who attended me at the time of buying the tires I repeated that it was what I was looking for and she repeated my order, but after that is not really what happened. Suggestion for the customers of that store please verify the service and the please verify any part that was install in the workshop. In this store in specific the employee are not customer oriented in favor of the client and they are not easy to deal with it.

It dropped my car at approximately 7:45 am, the service includes installation of the two front tires, alignment and balancing, it took almost 3 hours for that expensive service, others competitors can perform the same service installing 4 tires takes less than two hours

Waaaaay too expensive! I went and got a quote on new tires an a battery, then went to another place and paid less than half of what pepboys was asking for, for exactly the same brand name products. Not going back to pepboys, that's for sure!

Worst place to go in Ponce. I went TWO freaking times and they got bad diagnosis twice. I spent so much money and my car still having the same problem. The lack of knowledge and professionalism is BIG. NEVER AGAIN TAKING MY CAR HERE I DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

It is rare that I write anything negative but however the help here was terrible. They treated us very rudely. They have a line of customers that they could not manage. Once they give us a price for we were looking for it was double of what we ended up paying at a different auto store heard

Attention at arrival is good. At time to execute duties in shop area is very poor, I notice there s no supervisor to push the job so it could get done. without supervission the employee dont perform to standars.

Car Services are varied. Different personnel specialized, but not available every day. Great prices and saving offers for oil changes services,tires, etc. Prompt service and delivery of the car. However, watch out for unnecessary or unneeded services offered.

I was in a crunch the original other pep boy store I had scheduled twice to go to turned me away at the time of the appointment because they were experiencing a power failure and couldn't do the work I took a chance I went down to pep boys at the bypass location the young woman at the desk told me they could service me do the oil change tire rotation and I was in and out of the store in an hour I was super impressed and super pleased thank you

My car air condition was not working so I went to Pep Boys to see if they could fix it. Three visit to three different locations until I found the one with the ac technician. This last location was 1 hour drive from my hometown. Supposedly the did an inspection and found no problem except that it did not have any gas. For the inspection and the gas they charge me $500+. When I got home the ac was not working (this was a Saturday). Went back on Monday and they told me the ac technician did not work Mondays and Tuesdays. Desperately and sweating bullets as I was I took it to another shop close by and this shop found a gas leak which they fix. Pep Boys are good for an oil change but that’s about it, never going back for any other service.

Three days for tires to arrive from warehouse, but was pleasantly surprised they arrived the next day and was given the option to move up my install appointment. Leo kept me informed throughout.
