Went for a balance and I was second in line. After 35 minutes I ask what’s taking so long if there is no one else waiting and the employee got into an argument with because 35 minutes is not a long time for him. Anyways after an hour and a half they’re done and when I got home one of the tires had a drill bit 3 inches long in it. I cannot prove it but isn’t it suspicious after a discussion? If it were a nail but a drill bit like the ones used in there is not a coincidence.

Good service and prices. Staff willing to help but sometimes selling and guarantees are different from reality. Like tell you a battery is 3 years guarantees and then find out is only 2 year and a half

Fraudulent advertisements. They offer one price for their items over their website, but once you step into the store, all they do is blatantly lie to your face and overcharge you. I asked them why they couldn't honor the price they advertised online, and they claimed it was a rebate (it was not, it was a final checkout price with tax included with pick up at their store), then they said that it was a special discount offer that wasn't available (it was). I was finally overcharged 20 dollars over their own price, and finally, they wouldn't let me file for a refund, on the same day, with a receipt in hand, on a refundable item. Legalized robbery. Run away. They are lazy and deceiving.

Great prices and service, no complaint with my recent transaction. I made an order on line and about 10 - 25 minutes later I was called from the store where they notified me that one or of my items were not unavailable at the store. They mention it might not arrive today. Facts were they called me early next day to inform me that one of the items I ordered will arrive at 2pm , so 2:05pm I received a call saying my order was ready for pickup. I felt good so I was not in a hurry since I needed the parts by the time I was on my RDOs day off. Like mentioned before very happy with my experience.

Thorough mechanic despite unknown practice among them no to finish jobs other started. Seems like better electronic documentation is necessary for days over a day long in case electricity goes out all over the island, or generators fail or toouch partying over New years eve. Super pricey, nobody knows what anything cost, until they finish and ring you up. And I found a screw in my tire on my way out. Typical shiesty service everyone is accustomed to in Puerto Rico.

I went to Pep Boys for a tire rotation covered under the warranty from when I purchased my tires. I was told the rotation could not be performed due to excessive wear on the front tires. However, regular tire rotation—typically every other oil change—is essential to prevent this exact issue. Instead of performing the services covered under the warranty, the focus consistently seems to be on recommending additional chargeable services. On multiple visits, I have been advised to replace air filters and front suspension components, yet tire rotations are never proactively recommended or performed. Additionally, when I have specifically asked for other concerns with my vehicle to be checked, those requests were not addressed. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience and does not reflect the level of service I expected.
