I think the service was really good overall but. I have sensors on my rims... I purchased 4 tires there, and they said that they could not get the sensors off my old rims to put them on my new so I had regular valve stems put on... When I got home, I was able to remove the valve stems from the old rims and took them to a local tire shop to have them put on. $35 dollars more...

Terrible business, will never return again. The broke my cars air conditioner which cooled, it just took a little long too cool… he then said he would put more gas in it $230… comes back in 10 minutes saying EVERYTHING IS BROKEN… and tries to charge me over $2,000 of which almost $1,000 are labor cost…… and now my air conditioner doesn’t work AT ALL… it blows hot air… will never return again and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Went for 4 new tires, checking in without an appointment was a breeze, they sent a link to a page to follow the progress, but it didn't seem to be updated promptly, the work took longer than quoted, still the tires were at a good price and overall I happy with the service.

Great service Johnny M was really great and helpful in the customer service center line. And the technician that worked of my car Juan O was great.. This Pep Boys has great customer service . I really appreciate them. I made and appointment to verify on 12/7 on their web page. And when I got there I was surprised how fast the put my car in the garage for inspection. Found my car issues and they contacted my insurance and I left my car there and picked it up the next day. Great Service! Johhny M is a excellent professional. If you go to this Pep Boys look for him he is the best!

When I go into an auto repair shop I always want to try to get a good feeling about the place before I trust my car to them. I got a really good feeling at this Pep Boys location. The staff were good and the parking was easy and there were signs in English and Spanish that explained their protocols and a nice waiting area and the place was very clean and the lighting was good. The most important thing is I felt they were honest with me. The only thing I might have a small complaint about is that one person told me I would be able to see my vehicle and identify the problems with the mechanic and even take photos, but then I waited and when they called me the vehicle was already in the parking lot. I never had opportunity to see the problems which they only told me about verbally at the counter.

Very bad cuatomer service. They say so many things that tou suspectbif it is true or they are just selling. The power steering reserve broke while reparing the car. Theya change it but never cleaned the oil spilled befor delivering it 2 days late.

Good store they help me fast ! ... they have a lot of things for your car and what you need ... the oil for engine is a littles expensive maybe because is Castrol the brand ... but Penzzoil is a good brand a cheaper you can buy it in homedepot ..this is what i bought oil filter and oilfilter wrench for my toyota chr 2018.

Establishment that needs constant supervision since its employees are trained to carry out activities on their personal phones and not attend to customers properly. Automotive service workers do not have customers nor are they busy serving other customers but they still make them wait hours to start attending the services provided. Place with non-professional staff and with so little interest in providing good customer service is it worth visiting this establishment? Many customers take the little free time they have to be able to maintain their vehicles and rely on a service at the right time is not difficult to provide if the work equipment is working properly. In this case it is unfortunate to see the incompetence of employees with little interest in serving.
