Terrible waiting, since 10 am to 4 pm for an oil change, with no updates on service. When checked in my car, I was told that they had 3 before me and it went all day.

They go above and beyond here from everyone in the front down to the tech working on your vehicle in the shop. Communication is excellent as well as clear-they take the time to educate when/if it's needed so that you can make genuinely informed decisions. Stopped by to look at options for our Jeep Wrangler. Eli Saul helped me. Wow, what a kind, professional and knowledgeable young man! He gave me several options and explained all costs and charges for each product. I was changing my tires from aggressive off road to a more subtle street set. I am very pleased with their work. OMG 😳 I was charged over $200 for labor alone to install a serpentine belt and front brakes. My bill $283 total for 4 hours of work. They said they would charge me $160 to install 4 spark plugs. I have no intention of ever going back.

The WORST “ of the WORST” they lack properly trained technician's damaged my fuel injector connectors when they brutally and carelessly removed the air breather assembly to access the distributor had to purchase to connectors $80 lost because of extreme carelessness then they couldn't tune the engine because according to management when Pepboys transitioned away from selling parts they fired workers and allegedly they also stoled tools from the shop” this is incredible do yourself a huge favor DO NOT USE this shop for repairs the next day they had to buy a timing light and the tech didn't know the procedure or specs to tune a GMC 5.7 engine requiring disconnection of the CPU and didn't know the specs which required timing set at TDC zero degrees I had to ask the tech for the timing light and do this procedure in his presence” this is insane!!! DONT DO BUSINESS with these buffoons EVER” had to call their cooperate office and initiate a formal complaint which is on record and will be uploaded to the Better Business Bureau website they then proceeded to charge me almost $400 for damaging my fuel injection connectors and not having the tool necessary to tune the engine or know the specs for proper ignition timing my engine has misfires and isn't running correctly due to their failures … super upset “ this shouldn't have happen to me or anyone “ STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!

I bought new tires. The tires are great. If you have all the time in the world to wait around for your car, then they are ok. (Appointment was at 8:30 am. They finally released my car around 1:00 pm.) I got an estimate for brake work. Ha! It was ridiculously high. Me personally, I will not go back.

Arrived at 1:00 PM for a 1:30 PM appointment for tires and an alignment. I received zero calls or updates all day. When I returned at 6:00 PM, I overheard staff asking each other if anyone had called me. One employee admitted he simply hadn’t gotten around to it yet, unaware I was standing right there. My car had been sitting there finished, and they just didn't care to inform me.
