In my case they told it was going be a while that my issue was very technical, they did a variety of diagnostic test and even test drive the vehicle, I was there ffrom to 10 to 5 ,but they told me it was going be a while that I should get lunch, they me they want to get to the root of problem. I was very impress, after my test they pin pointed the problem. These people are really fantastic.
