Customer service was great at drop off. I was called when my vehicle was ready and when I return to pick it up I was waiting for over40 minutes. The car was not ready. What was the point of a phone call to make me wait in the lobby. I will not be returning to this location.

In need of a new set of tires, I drove to this location since the location closest had closed. I arrived to virtually no wait, was provided a run down of my tire options for my vehicle and they had a set that were reasonably priced. Service was performed quickly but well, they recommended an alignment which seemed necessary since I was experiencing a wobble at higher speeds. After the service was completed the car rides smoother and no wobble. Thanks Pep Boys

I received incredible service by the entire staff at this location. I was on my way home to Vegas on a Sunday and my van started to overheat. They were the only repair shop open and I drove my hobbled van to this location. They went out of their way to not only get the parts, but to repair it that day. By the afternoon I was on my way to Vegas and my van ran perfectly. Thank you!

Pep Boys had a coupon to evaluate my air conditioning system for $9.99. Everywhere else they wanted $75 to $85 for the same service. That is a fantastic deal for a service that took a good hour to perform. As well as Freon with dye that I'm sure cost more than the $9.99 paid. I appreciate not only the deal. But the explanation of next steps to fix my air conditioning system. I will be back for future services.

My appointment was at 3pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. They didn't even bring my car into the bay until 4pm, it is now 4:27pm and my car still is not done. I came to have 2 new tires changed. And an oil change. I understand that they want my car to cool off before working on it. But they have already drained the oil and have the tires off. I asked how much longer and i was told another half hour!!! I know i can change my oil in less than 15 minutes, start to finish. And i am using a jack and dont have the luxury of a car lift! The only reason i came was because i dont own the tool needed to put the tire on the rim. This will be my first and last time coming to this business.

PEP BOYS POMONA I bought a battery here 35 months ago. Today my car hesitated starting after I dropped the twins off at school. It finally started and I drove here to Pep Boys. Good news!
