I really tried to give this place another chance. Will not again. Bought the top car wash and added the floor matt wash. $50 total and then I had to come home and finish cleaning it. Floor matts were just watered down so got home and dried dirty, inside all doors not wiped down and tires are ridiculous. I will be happy when the new car wash opens on 65.

I will never go to this car wash anymore. They didn’t do a good job before but yesterday I Paid for rainbow car wash and I check Back of my car and I ask a boy to wipe this inside I did not check after him and he basically didn’t do anything.. Horrible, Service

I generally get the rainbow wash with 4 rubber mats. About $58. Perfect 10 is always efficient and does a good job. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Myfirst time washing my car with them the service is perfect, but they don’t clean the cars at all. They just run around on the car wipe it down. They didn’t even vacuum inside good I was really disappointed. I spend the rainbow watch is what I get I’ve been around $46 with floor floor mat washed.

Ordered the perfect 10 top wash. They did not get the bugs from my windshield clean. They broke a windshield wiper. All my windows still have dirt on them. They tried only cleaning two of my 4 wheels. I am extremely disappointed in this service.

Gave them 3 chances. Always get the top wash with floor mats. Chance # 1, got in my car and they didn't do the mats and crushed potato chips under the front passenger floor mat. Went back they did the floor mats still had potato chips under it. Got a 50.00 gift card for my birthday 2nd time did not wipe down the door that my grandkids spilt pop. 3rd time they waved me over my car is done. Looked it over and they didn't wipe the back at all. Asked the guy if he could, his response we don't have any dry towels. I am done with them.

This was the worst service ever! $60 and I had to make them revacuum, they didn't wipe my grandsons foot print off the back of the seat, floor mats were only rinsed not wiped. I felt like I had to teach them how to do the job right! First time and Last time! Never again!!

Honestly, didn't even know that car wash places like this existed Since I am from the West Coast and we do not have anything like that Where I live, it's extremely convenient and my car's never been cleaner. Really impressed with how incredibly fast it is. Not sure why anybody would get their car washed Anywhere else honestly, when you can get everything here inside an outside Cleaned thoroughly in minutes. I'm so shocked at how inexpensive it is.

As many others posted the service has really gotten bad. I stopped going a year or so ago. I decided to go back today and give it another chance. Quickly remembered why we stopped. Bought the top of the line Perfect 10 wash and added the rubber mat cleaning. Exterior looked great but the usual problem is the interior cleaning. I didn’t get photos of the whole vehicle because my wife already started cleaning the inside herself when she got home. I heard her vacuuming so went out to see what she was doing. The interior was half ass vacuumed as usual. I got pictures of the back seat before she got to it. When you pay nearly $60 I don’t think expecting a vacuumed floor and seats is unreasonable. Guess I’ll go back to Tommy’s monthly subscription again since we end up cleaning the interior ourselves anyway. UPDATE: I was not talking about the pet hair as I do not expect anyone to get that out with a vacuum. Also we have already cleaned it up now so it won't do any good now. This has happened the last 3 times so I think this is the end for us but thank you anyhow.

Used to be able to bring your vehicle through and get it cleaned. Hardly worth it anymore- all my windows are worse than before I came 😂 I paid for a rainbow wash with floor mat cleaning and I don’t think anything on the inside was cleaned or vacuumed at all. This is my 2nd time here in the last 4 years and both times have left a bad taste in my mouth. Save your time and money, go to Holiday. This place Just doesn’t care anymore and it shows

I’ve been a loyal customer of Perfect 10 Car Wash for a while, always bringing both my car and my wife’s car for their most expensive wash. That’s over $160 each visit, but after today’s experience, I will never return. An employee named Richard, who goes by Rich, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I paid to have all 5 mats cleaned (front 2, back 2, and the cargo mat) and removed all my belongings as asked, which he just stood and watched me do. No problem, but then he did a half-hearted vacuuming job and ran off to do something else. When I politely pointed out areas he missed, he laughed, redid it, and sarcastically said, “Is that good, your highness?” I reminded him I was paying for the service—it’s not free. When the cleaning was done, I started putting my belongings back, and one of the other employees offered to help, but Rich stopped them, telling them not to assist me. The wipe-down was sloppy, and the vacuuming was just as bad—spots everywhere were missed. Just look at the photos I took immediately after the wash! For the amount of money I’ve spent here monthly, I expect good service, not rude behavior and poor quality. If this is how they treat customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere. Perfect 10 Car Wash is far from perfect.

First time I've ever had a vehicle detailed. Jose knocked it out of the park! Spent 2 hours on the interior of my truck, and it looks brand new. Highly recommend coming here and make sure Jose is the one to detail your vehicle.

So frustrating from the moment I pulled up, although I was quickly greeted it appeared I was an inconvenience to to staff as I didn’t know what level car wash I wanted and she was not willing to provide a recommendation or explain differences. Vacuum staff friendly and held doors open to go inside. I selected the rainbow wash, second to top plus I paid extra to have all 4 floor mats washed total came to $49! Car was ready in no time, get out to my and less than satisfactory! They did not clean the 4th floor mat or vacuum in the hatchback area or wipe anything down. Drivers and passenger interior did not vacuum in between seat or door area and did not wipe anything down, door cubby still had crumbles of crap in it, center counsel area not wiped down at all. One staff member washed my back mat and vacuumed back there but did not wipe anything down to the point they all watched me grab a rag and start washing my car. I said I think this needs to be ran through again due to all of the white spots on bottom half of car and they said not sure what that is but it’s not going to come off. Umm it’s water stains. They all walked away and I left. Overpaid for a quick service car wash that still needs to be cleaned.

I have the car wash membership for the Perfect 10 wash and come here quite frequently to get the snow and other dirt off my car. It’s always very clean and they do their best to get the really hard ice off. However, one consistent issue I have is that they will not bother putting my floor mats back correctly the majority of the time. They set them down in there and completely ignore the anchor points. Sometimes they’ll do the driver’s side, but I can’t recall a time they’ve done the passenger side.
