You guys should not sell universal rims/ multi application. You should learn what a tourqe wrench is. You need to know the difference between course and fine threaded lug nuts. And also learn how to properly install pressure sensor bands. Hacks

Worst experience at a tires shop ever! Don’t waste your time there at “Prefect Tires and Wheels Shop” in Yuba City. They will hold you hostage till you buy something from them. Not recommended for single mom or anyone that does not have much car experiences. The two guys work there (I don’t know their they are the owner or not) are very demanding and aggressive when it comes to selling their products and services. Very poor business communication! Very unprofessional at what they do! The two guys there need customer services training…I decided not to get anything from shop and one of the guy have the guts to tell me to pay $20 for their services. I don’t know what services they did beside tried to sell me 2 tires… which those tires they tried sell me it doesn’t even match my other 2 tires brand, they’re some weird tires brand I have never heard before. I told the guys multiple times that I wanted matching tires but they still came at me aggressively trying to sell me some weird brand tires. I finally left that place after 10 minutes being in a very awkward uncomfortable situation. I will take my business back to America Tires for better services and a friendly environment. (There’s more to this story, I did not go into details cause it be too long to write)

So far, for installing the tires, their fine. However, when my wife brought her car in for a tire replacement and rotation, one of their technicians decided to help themselves to some of the fuses under the hood, thus, causing her car to run poorly with electrical faults. You can have them work on your wheels and tires, but make sure you watch them closely.

I called to replace 2 tires then I came about 30 minutes later and they looked at my tires and said I should replace all 4, I said sure why not( My tires were all worn down)! They replaced 4 tires but the man came and told me his worker stripped one of my lug nuts and I have to come back tomorrow at 10am and get a replacement free of charge. I was mad as I had to drive 30 minutes back over there tomorrow as I had plans and appointments the next day. I asked him so there anyway you can lower the price for my inconvenience because your worker stripped my lug nut? He said no he already gave me “the best price possible”. I was furious, I then checked out the tires and noticed my rims were SCRATCHED up! It was many scratches that were extremely noticeable. All 4 of my tires had scratch marks on them. My tires were also extremely dusty and they couldn’t even bother to wipe them off. If I could I would rate this shop 0/5 stars. If you really care about your tires please go to a reputable chain store like Pep Boys. These 3rd party stores do nothing but rip people off and won’t take accountability! Day2: I came back at 10am for my missing lug nut and when I got there the worker called his manager because his manager wasn’t there. The worker then handed me the phone and the manager was saying he’s in Sacramento and he couldn’t make it to the shop and that I would have to WAIT an hour and a half! This is ridiculous he had my number on the receipt he didn’t think to call ahead or let me know the day before that he couldn’t make it at 10am?!! So not only did I waste my gas driving here now I have to sit down and wait! I then asked the worker about how my rims got scratched up and he said they only use a plastic pry tool to get off the wheel which I know he was lying because when I was watching them yesterday they were using a steel bar to lift the tire off the rim! I asked him about it and he said no no they only use plastic. At about 10:40 the worker told me he will do it so we wouldn’t have to wait on his manger, I asked him why couldn’t he have just done it 30 minutes ago? He said he’s not as experienced as his manager but his manager told him to just do it so I can go. Turns out it wasn’t even the lug nut that was damaged it was one of the studs on my wheel! He fixed it in around 30 minutes and then I went on with my day. I don’t recommend here at all please do your business elsewhere and Beware! Attached are the photos of how I got my rims back and the piece that they broke!
