They do a great job. Customer service great. Recently had my camping trailers tires replaced and figured I would need my bearings repacked. They gave me a quote. Went to pick it up and the bill was over a $100 cheaper. They said I didn’t need the bearings replaced. Anywhere else I bet they do it anyway for my $$$. Good to see honesty still exists. And I called 4 other places for quotes. They weren’t even close to PT.

These guys are awesome! Went in to get a radiator flush recommended by the guys that did my oil change and the guys at perfection tire looked at my car after I dropped it off, called me an hour later and told me they checked it out and it wasn’t needed and everything looked good. No charge, fast, friendly and HONEST which is hard to come by these days. I’ll definitely come back anytime I need car work done and recommend them to anyone! Thanks again! Happy customer here :)

been meaning to write a revive a while. my father has used this place since 2015, grateful to live so close to these guys. and every time I've walked in, they have always been accommodating and flexible even without me taking the time to give notice or set a schedule. there are always three guys at the front desk every time I walk in to help and take care of anybody, and you can often see the owner himself behind the desk to help as well. they work efficiently and surgically. There Honest and look after their customers. My only concern would be if they upgraded and moved someplace on the other side of town, they have a great location, but its, tight. would love to see them get the space they deserve without vacating to far from Columbia center. can't recommend them enough.

We came in with a huge hole in the tire, they were on lunch break but they took our keys anyway. They patched the hole in less than 5 min and didn’t even charge us. They used 2 patch kits and you couldn’t even see where the hole had been. Amazing work!

They did an awesome job putting new wide low profile tires on my rims without leaving any marks or damage, and the cost was about 1/2 of what it would have been at Discount Tire. Note the price is the same if you drive your car to them or carry the tires and rims in. I only have room for 1 extra tire in my BMW M roadster trunk and I already had the car up on jack stands for maintenance so I brought everything in the back of my truck.

I got help from DSHS. And they help me with some cost to my car. And the company was spouse to do my front driver side, hub and wheel Bering. And they didnt even do the job they were paid to do they they did my rear driver side hub and wheel bearing. And they told me there was a miscommunication because the work approval from dshs. Did t say neither it was front or rear. So they just did whatever they thought was the problem. Is what the general manager told me. All and all just be careful and make sure and double check there work. Kinda shady for a licensed shop.

Absolute garbage service and incompetent mechanics. I made an appointment for 2pm, my car wasn’t even brought inside until 2:45. Then my skid plate was left unbolted. Absolutely do not recommend this location.
