I can’t say enough good things about Caliber collision . From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and way faster than I expected. I brought my car in after damage to the bumper and they walked me through the entire process, explaining what needed to be done and giving me a very fair estimate. Not only did they finish the repairs ahead of schedule, but the quality of the work was outstanding — you’d never know the car had been damaged. The paint match was perfect, everything was aligned like new, and they even cleaned the car before returning it to me. I even got my car delivered to me since I was at work and I wouldn’t be out on time before they closed. Tysm to Erik. Erik and Gary and the staff were friendly, communicative, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both fast and meticulous, but this team absolutely delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back here or recommend them to anyone needing bodywork.

Gary and the team did a great job all around! Steady communication in my preferred mode of contact (text) without having to follow up, which is huge. They managed to meet the estimated day of pick up, and went above and beyond to correct a mishap caused by the insurance company. They didn't have to do that, and I'm extremely appreciative to them for the support! 11/10 would recommend to anyone and will use them again if ever needed. Oh, and my car was immaculate and smelled like new car smell when I picked it up. An expected delight!

I can’t put in words how amazing everyone in this office has been throughout this whole process. To the upfront receptionist to the repair shop, and the evaluator’s. Gary was in charge of my repairs and the fact he was so incredibly considerate of all my concerns and answered all questions I had, regardless of the time of day he was always there with info. Gary and his team went above and beyond and was willing to work on a Saturday to get me back on the road. Sadly there was a little delay at no fault of their’s. Yet when my RAV was ready for pickup Gary insisted to deliver my car since I was still at work. The professionalism they have at this shop is top notch. The attention to detail at was incredible my RAV 4 looks brand new. They even took the time to wash, vacuum and wipe down everything before returning it to me. Thanks again for all your hard work and the consistency, quality of work and procession you provide for our community. I’ll most definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Erik was my advisor, he got me right in for an appointment and he was thorough and kept me updated on what was going on with my car the whole time.
