Won't go anywhere else going forward. Bought a truck from someone else and they basically fell off the face of the earth after the sale was over. Michael Landon at speck Hyundai NEVER does that. He knows how important the relationship is after the sale, and the service department is second to none! Top notch customer service!!!

I really enjoy the amount of contact the fixed operations manager Mike Marchese has for his clients. He is clear and concise and helps make decisons on the best "road" to take on repairs! I trust Mike and Speck Hyundai with my Tuscon. All the staff i have come in contact with are pretty amazing too!

July of 2023 I was told my oil pan on my 2011 Hyundai Tucson was seeping I paid Speck Hyundai a premium price to have a qualified Hyundai mechanic replace my oil pan gasket here we are in September 2024 I drove 8,100 miles since they replaced it and was told at my last oil change. My oil pan is seeping again. They refused to repair it saying they only warranty for 12 months and 12,000 miles well since we’re over the 12 months but not the 12,000 miles it’s voided I can’t believe after 8,100 miles I’m right back to were I started I’ve been a loyal customer of speck Hyundai we’ve bought 5 cars from them and had all our maintenance done with them after this encounter I won’t return to this dealership I hope this helps people in deciding if you want your vehicle serviced here as well I never thought I’d be treated like this by speck
