I highly recommend JVC Auto Repair. Our vehicle's A/C compressor died hours prior to heading on a 16 hour drive. They were able to fit us in and get us going within hours. They even topped off our fluids (oil, windshield fluid ect.) We will bringing our business to them for many years to come. THEY EVEN HAD 6 MONTH FINANCING!

This is LONG, but please read! I'm a 60-yr-old mom/grandma who drives an "oldie but goodie" 1998 Toyota Sienna van. Yesterday, I got caught in a traffic jam just west of the Cable Bridge in 103° weather. Without warning my van just died, right there in the middle of 4 lanes. Stopped, would not start again. Turned the ignition - nothing. People roaring around me, honking, dirty looks, etc. as I put my hazard lights on, got out of my car & raised the hood. Very scary (& hot!) - I didn't know what to do & was literally shaking. I was alone, know nothing about cars & certainly couldn't push my van across 2 lanes of oncoming traffic to the shoulder. Said a quick & frantic prayer & all of a sudden noticed I was directly across from JVC Automotive. I was able to get across the street (without being hit!), went inside & asked for help. Immediately, the lady at the front desk got 2 guys (her husband & son?) from the back. She herself went out to the curb, uprooted one of their advertising flags & waved it back & forth to stop oncoming traffic while the 2 guys ran out & pushed my van across the street & into their garage. Folks, I cannot tell you how grateful I am to the people at JVC! They literally dropped everything to help me. Not only did they get my car out of traffic (requesting me to stay at the curb for my safety), but they had my van up & running again within the hour! 😊 Evidently my battery had wiggled loose from it's connection so they reattached & tightened it, BUT ALSO they recharged it, topped my oil off & took my van for a spin around the block to make sure it was running properly again! Here's the best part: I figured since I'd interrupted their day & work on other vehicles that they'd charge me buku bucks. They didn't! Only $60 (presumably for their labor, battery charge & oil top off). WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY & such a huge blessing to a retired person on a fixed income! 🥰 Suffice to say, I've found my new auto mechanics & will be bringing our family's cars to JVC Automotive from now on. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, JVC!!! 5 star rating, wish I could award you 500! 🥰
