My family has dealt with Charlie's automotive for over 15 years and i can say they are honest repare service people. Two areas of quality I should address; CRAFTSMANSHIP - My Subaru Legacy was ready for standard maintenance on a new timing belt and water pump. Now that it's been 500 miles post-service, the car is running great. It even idles better when I start the car cold. The mechanic went so far as to leave my engine compartment cleaner than he found it. CUSTOMER SERVICE - I was quoted a price on the timing belt that was better than the dealership, yet retained a comparable workmanship guarantee. The mechanic also confirmed what the dealership had told me about my power steering fluid needing to be flushed. Again, beating the dealerships price they performed that maintenance as well. Dad drives American, I drive Japanese. Looks like we'll both be headed back to Charlie's for the next round.

Let me tell you folks, if you're having problems with your car, this is the shop to take it to! Charlie, Mike, David, and the rest of the crew know what they're doing. They're honest, trustworthy, reliable and have a clean shop. My 98 Cherokee would turn over but not start and they had it diagnosed and fixed in less than a day! They get to the heart of the problem, fix only what needs to be repaired, and best of all, they don't overcharge you like the dealer will. Thanks for the great work guys! I took my 13 Dodge Challenger R/T to Charlies because it was leaking engine coolant, I thought maybe a water pump they pressure tested the cooling system and found no leaks maybe a blown head gasket they tested for that after everything it was the radiator cap had failed. WOW true honesty won't take any of my cars to another shop! Thank you, Mike & Charlie you guys are the real deal!!!

We've been using Charlie's for several years. We've tried several other places in town, and not been happy with any of them. Charlie's is professional, experienced, economical, and provide unheralded service for older vehicles. We have a 1969 396 Big Block GMC, and they are intimately familiar with these vehicles and are easily able to work on them . They provide excellent follow-up services, and are always as interested in our vehicles as we are. I highly recommend them for any services, but especially the older or vintage year vehicles.

I knew Charlie and his son from 15 years ago when I worked at Hubby's pizza, they were great guys then. I've taken my car to two different places. Not only did they not charge me to look at it(the way the others guys did, somehow it's a standard 100$ for a mechanic to tell you what repairs they have to charge for), they actually fixed what was wrong in the first place. 10/10 would recommend. -Thank guys !!!
