It’s been 6 months, I am still waiting for the total repair to be done, NO ONE here CARES!!!! I gave them more than $20,000 business (3 cars, 4 jobs) so far. But, they CONSISTENTLY failed every time in meeting the timelines, and the quality of repairs, and communicating the information. On almost every occasion, they told me that they would call me after getting the parts, but they never did. I had to follow up multiple times before finding out that the parts were there and then waiting some more time for the repair to to be completed. Even after waiting for longer periods, quality of the repairs was not satisfactory, my car door was not aligned like other doors but they said that’s the best that they could do.The car makes more road noise, I emailed them 3 months ago, but no response yet. As of today, I am still waiting for them to me call about a part that they said they would order 3 months ago, nobody bothered to contact me. Now it’s been 3 months since I talked to the Owner of the business who had agreed that they had failed on multiple occasions and apologized for what had happened and would make sure that it never happened again. It seems like, they accept the new assignments when they do not have enough resources to finish the work that’s pending. Very poor business model! Apart from causing lot of inconvenience, choosing this business for my car repairs resulted in additional costs due to rental cars, and gas money as I trusted them with my Tesla. I can understand the delays with insurances, and getting parts during and after the pandemic, but there’s no reason why they can’t let people know and care for their time and expenses of people who are trusting them with the timely repair of cars. I can’t imagine this kind of service from a LOCAL business that’s been there since 1960s!!

Impressive work and customer service. Had a clear coat issue that was still under manufacturer warranty, with a very reasonable estimate. Dealership beat them up over the price(which was already $300 cheaper than a different auto body shop estimate) in which they still agreed to do the work. After beginning the work it turned out the entire paint job was defective on the bumper. Instead of just doing the quick spot that needed repaired, they stripped the entire bumper and gave it fresh new paint and clear coat. I'm happy to see the professionalism and customer service. I will be returning to only them for any auto body repairs or paint. Joanna and Kerry in the office were fantastic. Color match was perfect and smoother than the factories. Thanks!

My husband bought me new headlights (the whole light component, not just the bulbs). I got a couple of different quotes and Riverside was about $150 less than everyone else so I chose them. They removed my old lights, discovered we got the wrong model and had to reinstall them. They did not charge me for the trip. Mechanics are a trade where once you find an honest & dependable one, don't let them go. Riverside Collision is our family's car doctor!

She even brought the car up to the front so my dad didn't have to walk all the way out to the back since he is 84 years old. After getting quotes from multiple body shops in town, I decided to give Riverside Collision a try, and they didn’t let me down. Not only they have competitive quotes compare to other body shops, the level of service you will experience is second to none. Had a good experience working with Kerry throughout the process. He shows professionalism and take good care of his clients from start to finish. My car had some paint damage from removing the cracked factory racing strip, they did an outstanding job repainting my hood and rear spoiler. They also work with a local PDR, who helped me remove the ding and dents on the door panels. While the wait time is quite long from estimate to drop off to pick up, but it’s all worth it. Strongly recommend!
