Beware people. My cars ac was not blowing cold air, so i took it into tri city battery and after they did their diagnosis, i was given a 3400$ quote to replace my ac compressor because it was not engaging, and the condensor as well and that my freon was filled to spec. So given the very high quote i decided to get a second opinion to make sure that was the issue, but to my surprise i was told at another shop that my freon was just really really low (not filled to spec) so i had them add the freon and i asked them if the ac compressor was working, sure enough it engages perfectly fine, they even held onto the car for an extra hour to stress test the ac to make sure it was good to go. So now my car blows ice cold air and it only ran me 641$ not 3400$. So either some one is making a mistake at tri city battery or someone is being seriously dishonest. Either way beware and avoid them. Oh plus they wouldn't refund me for their "diagnosis" imagine that.

So a little back story. I just had the engine replaced on my ram truck. I needed to have the AC recharged from the replacement. Took it to tricities battery. Everything was going good. Picked up my truck and went less then a block from the shop to the exon and my truck starts smoking. Wasn't smoking when I dropped it off that morning or the day prior. Called Tricities Battery they said come back and we will take a look. Great. Get back to the shop and the counter person Adam was horrible. 1st tells me that I should take it back to shop that installed the engine. When I informed that shop is closed on Friday he said well we didn't do anything. Then Adam told me things break all the time you never know when it's going to happen. Of course things break but since I just spent money at your business you think a courtesy look would be approved. I said look I just want someone to check it over to make sure, per Adam no one could look at the truck and all they did was hook a valve and this isn't their fault. I could not get anyone to look at the truck while I just paid $450 plus dollars to the shop. The the topper on the cake if I wanted someone to look at then he would charge a diagnostic fee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Then I go outside my husband shows up and guess who decides to walk outside to assist when he couldn't be bothered with helping not even 5 mins prior. Then I called the manager, he is floored by Adams behavior. I'm not sure what is going on with this shop but Adam shouldn't be dealing with the public or customers if he thinks he was being helpful. Which is what he told me after he looked at the truck with my husband. Probably will not go back, just to make sure I never have to deal with him again.

My tire size is pretty rare. I called 8 places before calling them no one had it in tri cites except for them. He ordered it around 1145 on a friday thought it wouldn't come on until Monday but it arrived at 1500. Amazing services.

Have had great service there before but when i had an issue with my battery light coming on, i was just passing by there when it happened they had no time to look at it, i took it down the street and they got me in right away at least to see if its battery or alternator. I would not suggest you go here if you dont have an appointment or in an emergency

Great Service and great communication all along through the repairs. When the aftermarket part was not compatible with the repair, the shop ordered the OEM part and covered the cost due to them not expecting the aftermarket not working. Would recommend for all car repairs!
