I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. I’ve done business at this shop before and Helen is a super sweet lady. However, today I went in to get an exhaust installed on my car. The shops opens at 9am. I was there right at 9 am and had to wait 15 min just for someone to come to the counter. Normally this isn’t a big deal at all. BUT, while I was waiting I could see them in the back without a care in the world someone was at the counter. When someone finally came to the counter (Helen) she told me Alex would be right on it. So I sat and waited 10 min, 20 min, 30, 45, I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE SHOP AND NO ONE HAD TOUCHED MY CAR AND ALEX WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. After about 45 min a delivery guy for them (I’m assuming anyway) comes in and Helen pulls him aside. Trying to whisper I hear her ask him to drive to Alex’s house and see where he is because she can’t get ahold of him. So I have now been waiting over an hour, and Alex finally pulls into the shop. He comes in, apologizes to Helen grabs my keys and doesn’t even look at me. Takes one step outside, looks at my car (it’s lowered) and just shakes his head in disgust as if it was a chore to put an exhaust on AFTER being over an hour late. At this point I had enough, asked him to get out of my car and I’ll take it somewhere else. I hope if you’re reading this, it saves you the trip to this shop, and you don’t have to deal with the customer service that I was treated with. They need some serious work.

Jessie is a honest mechanic. He is also the owner. He didn't try to sell me on a more expensive option the he did tell me it was an option. In and out in about an hour for a valve cover replacement.

Wow just wow, I brought my Mustang in for a suspension upgrade. Helen and Eddie were amazing. Very honest and nice people. When Eddie would run into something questionable and making sure if it was ok and also letted me knew one of my fin diffuser were loose and was even kind of enough to fix them. I was happy he explained of how the parts would work with the car. Thank you so much again. Will definitely come back for more service.

I needed a donut gasket to fix a leak I likely caused and couldn't seem to resolve. This team didn't hesitate to help me, even though they were already fully loaded up on the racks. Where most shops would have told me to come back another time, I was accommodated on the spot, new gasket replaced and and charged fairly in labor. Thanks for being willing to lay out on the hot pavement in the 95+ degree direct sunshine just to fix a small issue. I greatly appreciate how I was treated here. In the case where there is an exhaust issue I cant resolve myself I will bring my business here again.

When the muffler they recommended didn't fit (honest mistake) they made me wait for the job 3 hours, prioritizing others who came in after me. Then they demonstrate my muffler to me and nearly drive it off the raised lift in front of me on accident. I could forgive all of this but the welds look terrible on my new muffler, like it's the first time someone used a welder. Either the mechanic was trying to rush, takes no pride in his work, or is simply inexperienced. I may go back in to see if they'll improve the welds and if they do I'll change my review. The lady at the desk was nice and helpful but it was not a good experience. EDIT: I did not go back because I did not trust them to get the job done right. An experienced welder told me the muffler they gave me costs $50 new online. They charged me $200. I ended up getting a much better bolt-on setup and installing it myself for $120.

I went in from off the street , they took me in right away and they fixed my problem quickly. and it only cost you $46 and my car is 100% quieter . they were pretty nice to me , and I'm very happy with their service work... I'll go back again and again , also another thing to remember here in the Tri-Cities there is not too many muffler shops , so with over 300,000 people here please be patient with them , it's going to be hard to find a more professional place

Called yesterday afternoon to make an appointment to bring in my vehical to have the exhaust looked at because it was sounding louder than normal and it looked like the muffler was hanging down. They said they could get me in at 9am when they opened the next day. I told them I would be waiting there while the work was being done since they were getting me right in first thing. So, I showed up 15 min early today (day of appointment) so they knew when they got here, I was here and ready. When they arrived at 9am to work, they told me there was another car on the rack they had to finish but it wouldn't take long. 45 min went by and they still hadn't started on my vehical. They then told me their just about ready to get started. Another 25 min went by and they still didn't have my vehical in the garage. The person I was talking to was one of the new owners who's name is Jess. He didn't care nothing about customer service and just said its the nature of the business. I couldn't wait any longer because I could sat there all morning and they could care less, so I left. I called him up 5 min later and told him how disappointing I was because I use to get great customer service when Hellen owned the business. I then told him that normally I would go online and post a reveiw but I wouldn't because of Hellen (she's great by the way). He then just hung up on me. So here I am now online just letting people know Rad Exsaust is under new ownership and these people have bad customers service and they don't care. Just to let you all know, I went straight over to Bonnie and Clyde's in Pasco and they got me right in and at a great price. Also very, very, good customer service. Do not waste your time at Rad Exaust, it a joke.

I had a problem with the exhaust on my 2002 durango. I took it here and it was diagnosed & fixed and i was on the road within 1 day. The part wasn't terribly expensive and i think they had it on hand. I recommend this shop not just for exhaust but many other automotive services too.

I called RAD exhaust because I was swapping out my Cadillac converter and the two nuts on the exhaust I did not want to strip them or break. I asked them to loosen them for me and I would pay the shop fee. Rad exhaust had me come on in and said they would be happy to help. When I got there I was informed they were short on help but would get to me shortly. I filled out the paperwork, they loosed the nuts in question and informed me I was ready to go. The gentleman behind the counter shook my hand and said, have a good day. I'm not charging you for 5 minutes worth of work. I said, thank you and I'll be back with all my needs. There's nothing better then hard workers and Auto shops that's still care about their customers. I'm a customer for life.

I will start out with they are nice and friendly people. But I had an appointment for 1:00 and they called back and said they couldn’t do it that same day so I had them schedule and appointment for 9am the next day so I waited all day until 5pm when they finally finished it took them way too long to do what they did. The welds were ok but could have been way better for the price I paid. They charge way to much money for how it turned out.

I'm finally getting to writing this review (it's been close to a year since our service), however I will always remember the name of this shop! Our exhaust had cracked and we were nearly 3hrs from home with 2 little kids. This shop got us right in (even though they were busy and I'm pretty sure our technician worked through his lunch). They were super family friendly-we spent 3hrs in the shop-and they had toys and coloring books and a little playplace outside too. The diagnostic was honest and the estimate was affordable-we were so grateful to have happened upon RAD. Thank you so much!!

They were fantastic. My car had serious rust issues and they told me what needed to be done. It was a reasonable amount but more than I wanted to spend. They were able to work with me to create a Band-Aid solution which was significantly less expensive but not a long-term solution. It works perfectly for me because my car is about at the end of its life and was a very reasonable cost.

These guys really helped me out in a pinch. I ran into an issue a few hours into a very long road trip when I discovered something was leaking, burning and smoking out of the back of my vehicle. We called ahead to Rad Exhaust and they were able to fit me in, diagnose the problem and drain an overfilled transmission fluid. They had me back on the road in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. Very much appreciated!
