Jose fixed My Saturn..after 5 years and 3 different mechanics all telling me the exact same thing..that I needed a part you can no longer find..Jose took it a step further and discovered I didn’t need that part after all and the A/C was fixed .. 10 stars🌟

Took my car in for a sound it was making when idle and when i accelerate. The guy told me drive around the block and lets hear it. Within 5 secs he tells me its a wheelbearing. Smh, didn't even look under the hood. I will say he didn't charge me for listening to it. Turns out it was a loose bolt on the exhaust manifold

When you find a good mechanic you stick with him. My family and I used to take our vehicles to Pasco auto on 20th and when we found out they were closing for good we didn't know who or where to take out cars to. Then Jose told us he was going to be working in Kennewick. He is a great person and awesome mechanic, going somewhere else, no Way!!. Jose IS THE BEST! I will never use another mechanic. He went above and beyond. I didn't need the air filter like I assumed I would with the oil and oil filter change. He looked over all the belts and stuff. He changed my windshield wipers. Cleaned the headlights with some magic stuff. I had to MAKE him take more $ than he was going to charge! THAT never happens. He reprogrammed after resetting my computer. It was set for Arizona. He's building his business at a new location and has NO INTEREST in ripping people off. Just a gem of a Good human being and honest mechanic! He needs to order more business cards. I've handed what I took to some new customers for him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Took my ram 1500 Hemi to a different shop before Jose and waited 2 weeks for them to give me a quote and some of the work the other shop quoted me for wasn’t even necessary. Jose gave me a quote right away brought my truck to him and next day he was finished with it, he extracted some manifold bolts that were sheared off at the head and replaced some gaskets. He did an awesome job and got it done quick, and is very honest tells you what needs to be done and what doesn’t. Straight to the point, fair pricing I won’t go anywhere else. Thank you Jose.

I was really in a bind today and J’s was able to get me in with short notice and got my Tahoe up and running for me so I can get back to work tomorrow.
