I was a block away at a red light when I saw unexpected steam (or smoke, idk) pouring out from my hood—a total nightmare scenario. I pulled in, and Victor jumped into action immediately. I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube on Canal Dr this morning. My vehicle is older and they didn’t initially have the oil I needed, but the manager Alex went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I came back a couple hours later and Victor assisted me and honored everything Alex and I had discussed. Victor was great to talk to and even gave me some helpful advice about my car. Tommy was also part of the oil change and did a great job. Solid customer service all around. I definitely recommend these guys.
