Very appreciative to the team at this location. My rental car indicated I had a tire going low. I turned off the main road to find this Perfection Tire location. The team there was great, checked all my tires and found that I had picked up a screw in one, and that another was 20 lbs over the recommended pressure. The team was fast, friendly, and very attention to detail. I left confident about the rest of my drive. Highly recommend this location for great service!

Went in for an oil change and asked them to also look at the front end of my Yukon. A different guy than the first, told me that the entire front end was unsafe to drive and it had to be rebuilt for around $3000. I took it to Cassaday in Pasco, and they fixed it, with an alignment, for $1600. Sorry guys, but scare tactics don’t work.

Awesome first experience! Didn’t know this shop was here. Until I got a screw in my tire and was looking for someone close to my house. Found these guys right down the street called last minute on a Saturday and they got me right in! They literally fixed my tire in minutes and didn’t even charge me! Because of this and the fact I know they are here I will now use them for everything! I will be bringing all my rigs here for oil change / maintenance. And anytime I need new tires! Incredible customer service the gentleman behind the counter was awesome! Friendly / funny and very helpful. Very rare to find these days. Will definitely be a long term customer moving forward!

I would recommend this place to everyone. Earlier this summer these guys took care of the flat on my family van in quick order. They were polite professional and fast. We used them for winter tire changeover, and despite being very busy they were able to get us done in a reasonable amount of time. The same day I came back with an issue. The owner listened to my concern and addressed the issue personally, ensuring I was satisfied with the outcome. Stuff happens, but it's hard to find a business that will make things right and actually care like they do here. You might find cheaper prices somewhere else, but if you value good customer service and supporting a local business, use these guys.

can’t say enough good things about the guys here. my truck started breaking down while on a road trip and incredibly with an hour left in their hot day, they were able to get me and my family back on the road. not only was the service advisor (chris i believe) extremely kind and understanding of my situation, along with the man who physically worked on my truck but the cost of repairs were less than expected. so thankful i found you guys!

Was just starting a cross-country trip with my boyfriend when he realized one of his tires had cracks in the sidewall. I found Perfection along the route, and we walked in without an appointment around 10AM. They had us back on the road in 20 or so minutes! They also topped off the wiper fluid and checked the oil for us. We're sincerely grateful for the expediency and professionalism!

Perfection is ALL about service and making sure you are taken care of. I had two vehicles this week that were having issues (when it rains, it pours🙄) Both times, they ran diagnostics and informed me of my options. I got ready to cover the diagnostic fee only to be told, " We are not able to take care of this problem here at our shop. Don't worry about the fee." On the other vehicle they said, "Our technician knew the problem right away. No charge." Once a kind gesture. Twice OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! They didn't test the car under conditions I told them the issue was occurring, they didn't do a thorough inspection of my suspension either cause they tried to tell me my car was awd, but it's rwd. Also tried telling me my car needed different rated tires than it came with from the factory.

I am so grateful for these great people. I had rented a car that had bad tires. One morning the right front one was low so I took it to Perfection Tire to fill. They told me the tires were bad and recomended not to drive so I asked them to inflate the low one so I could return to the rental business. Just as they began to inflate, a bubble in the worn out tire blew. I am so grateful that did not happen while driving. They put the spare on for me and did not charge me a for it as they felt bad I had been rented a car with tires that were bad.

Easy process & friendly. I was stalling on getting my tire looked at because I didn’t want to deal with the task of taking the car in, picking it back up, etc. But I was finally over airing it up every morning. I called and it sounded easy to get in line. It was first come first serve today so I dropped my car off and just waited for a call when it was ready. Seriously shocked at the low cost. Friendly service, and now all of my tires are aired up properly. Plus it’s a sunny January day. Perfect.
