Service folks are great. I stopped by to make sure my oil, antifreeze and windshield wiper fluid was set for winter. I get my oil regularly changed and they are super helpful and do a check. Best Service I’ve gotten at a JL! I travel a lot for work so I’ve been to many of them, this team was hands down the best! I was short on time but thought I’d see if they could get me in-and-out and back on the road. I arrived 15 minutes before they opened and was greeted with smiles and said they could absolutely get me back on the road in time. They washed all the crusted bugs off my windows, topped my fluids, changed my wiper blades and oil in no time! They are the real deal - the true meaning of service! Highly recommend this team!

Very disappointed! Took my car in o last week for an oil change, a few days later started smelling oil only to realize the oil cap was gone and oil was splashing on my engine. After purchasing a new oil cap, I found the original one sitting by the hood latch. It was never put back on and had remained pinned under the hood latch for a week. After returning the cap, I checked the oil level and it was low. It was an entire quart short. Since getting my oil changed, I've driven 1,500 miles. This issue could have caused serious engine damage and caused my hood latch to malfunction and my hood to pop open while driving. I've been avoiding this location because of other bad reviews on yelp but my favorite location on Clearwater closed so I opted to give them a chance. Next time I will listen to my instincts. 9/18/18 update - After almost three weeks of waiting for a promised call from Jiffy Lube corporate, I finally talked to the area district manager today. He never addressed the issues I raised in my review but offered some advice to go to a different location next time and he would give me $15 off on my next oil change. I expected an offer for a free oil change at the very least. Sadly, I am done with Jiffy Lubes in this area.

Oil was spilled near oil filler cap, on or near engine manifold. The engine filter was taken out to show its condition and when it was put back in, it was put in cockeyed which caused extra noise when excelerating. I can't trust going back to that location again.

Wonderful place for a quick oil change! I’ve been here before and have always had a pleasant experience. Most recently the oil drain plug on my Jeep got stripped and they happily replaced it. Great, friendly staff. But it took forever so nothing "Jiffy" about it. There was a car ahead of me. But I was told they were just finishing up. So I expected to be served in a few minutes. The car ahead of me must have just gotten there. I was on my lunch hour. So I wished they would have told me there would be about a 45 min wait and I would have come back another time. Other than that, I think they did a good job.

I pulled in today, not knowing why I couldn’t get a reading on my oil stick and Jeff gave me some knowledge that I’ll never forget when your dipstick does not reading. It means it’s about 2 quarts low so just keep an eye on it. Don’t want to go under that. They topped me off checked all my fluids checked all my tire pressures. Tony was amazing. These guys treated me like family everybody should come here thanks guys.

I've always been reluctant to go to places like this but I forgot about my oil change and I was going head out to Seattle. Well, needless to say I am currently stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in 93 degree weather because one end of my drop cover fell off. Yayy for me cause it is taking an hour just for my bf to help and breathing in exhaust to have air conditioning in my car. I called Jeff he told me that in the comment portion of my receipt it stated that some of the poppets that hold it up were missing. Really 🫨😐 oh how I would have loved for them to have told me that. They told me everything else like how the air filter was good and all of that other stuff for the "vehicle inspection" was good. So seriously they didn't think this was important

Went in on what I imagine is your average busy Saturday. I was promptly greeted by Cass with a great smile. Car need to topped off on various fluids as well as an oil change. The team let me know what needed to be done and made sure I was OK with everything before they did it. Chance was one of the team members who worked on my car as well as Jeff.
