I was driving through town when my trailer tail lite went out, the bulb was fine. I found EA detail and asked the woman up front if they could help. She said let me check with the guy's. She was Very friendly and when she came back she said yes I think we can help you. I drove my trailer around back to the very busy vehicle bays & the guy came right out, also super friendly, found my problem in under 2 minutes, explained everything to me, fixed it and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes.
