Right now I'm sitting waiting for my vehicle to get new tires. I had an appt 2 hours ago. I left and came back 1.5 hours and it hadn't even been pulled into the garage. I made a fuss. There's multiple people at customer service doing nothing. No one managed getting it in the garage in a reasonable amount of time. Don't waste your money at this place. The Firestone in Pasco is so much better. I should have made my appt there.

Firestone has really gone down hill. Took our car there for oil change and tire rotation as we have done for about 8 years. They didn't even bother to air up the tires so all the red lights were on the dash. So went to Les Scwab to get air. They claimed we needed new rotors and brakes. We never had any sign or problems with them. We are seniors and hardly go anywhere and our car is only 9 years old. Then charged us about $800.00. They said nothing about needing this brake business done when we took it in prior for a oil change and tire rotation. We pretty much got ripped off. So no, we are no longer happy with their service. They don't even give you a print out anymore, you have to go home and print it from the email.

We dropped my car off Sunday morning (11/03/24) as soon as they opened for alignment. We did not have an appointment so I knew it would be there all day. I called around 3:30 and they still hadn't got to it. Well I thought they closed at 7pm. I called around 6:30pm and found out they were already closed. They close at 6pm. Nobody called to inform me my car was staying the night. So they finished my car yesterday afternoon (11/04/24). I picked it up and grease marks are all over my drivers door. I had my car detailed over the summer so this was quite disappointing. I do have photos.

I have been going to Firestone for years. The warranty on the life of the tires keeps me coming back set after set. Stephen has always taken really good care of me and my family and if ever I had trouble he threw in a free oil change. I keep Firestone tires on my moms car, my sons car and mine because I know they are safe. He knows what he’s doing and is very professional and easy to work with. He’s been there a long long time and I appreciate that I know who I’m buying my tires from and that he takes care of his customers. I definitely recommend Firestone tires!

Carlos and team are amazing! My son and I were driving cross country when a tire shredded on 84 fifty miles from this Firestone. It was a Sunday and nothing closer was open. We pulled in to Firestone, was warmly greeted by Carlos and he made sure we were good, recommended some place to eat (Twigs - so good!), and made sure we could get safely back on the road to our final destination that night. Firestone was super busy but Carlos and his team fit us in and stayed until the work was done. Everyone there was a pleasure to talk to making a hard experience pleasurable. I would definitely come here again!

Just wanted to take a moment to highly recommend FireStone Auto in Kennewick. Called last week looking for a set of Blizzak winter tires, Stephen was able to get them ordered and delivered to his store faster than anyone in/around Tri Cities. Last Saturday, 1/17/2026, I was far from home. I turned off my car and it didn’t start again. I called a tow truck, a rental car agency, and the dealership. Every light in the dash lit up I was scared. When the tow truck arrived, he diagnosed it was a loose battery connection. He tightened it enough so that the car would start but recommended I go to the nearby Firestone for additional service. I went to the Firestone close to the Columbia Center Mall. Regretfully I didn’t write down the names of the two men who helped me. The service was quick and I was not charged. I am very pleased and grateful. I would recommend this store!

This place documents everything they do and then they meticulously go over it with you, and give you the opportunity to ask questions. I really liked that a lot as someone who doesn't understand very much about vehicles. The technician I spoke to really cared about doing their job well. The quote that they had originally given me was saved in a way that made it harder for them to reference when I did come in, and so I had to speak with the manager to get that resolved. He was incredibly kind and willing to put in the work to find the quote and ensured I was able to get the price on that quote. What he ended up charging me was actually really generous, and I appreciated his assistance and cooperation without making me feel like I was being a bother. I felt really good going to them and felt the service I received both personally and in regards to my vehicle was top notch, and I will continue to go to them for service in the future.
