We've all heard of crooked auto body shops, this is the most crooked in Tri-Cities. George, the owner, is a bully and liar - it was a mistake to ever use them.

Well, owner smelled of alcohol, didnt seem to know much about body/frame repair work, and isn’t all that customer friendly. He even admitted that he is limited on what he can do which turned me away even faster.

Poor workmanship. George was very rude when we pointed out mistakes. Told us he would reshoot the paint job, but did not and told us just to come pick it up. We had already paid over half the estimated cost.

Took my 2014 Subaru wrx to George for repairs after an unnamed previous repair company (Richland collision repair) placed multiple chips into my paint... Not only did I have my car the next day but he takes pride in his work and it clearly shows.

Entered into an agreement to perform restoration services. Kennewick Auto Body failed to complete work as promised and would not provide a refund for deposit on work not performed. I highly recommend steering clear of this company. They do not care about their customers and will say anything to get your money.

Poor customer service skills including communication with customers. George, the employee I spoke with, was rude and had no tactful way to speak to clients. One main and very important part of running a business is how you treat and speak with your customers; don't speak to them like they are idiots and you are right, even if you are.

Took my 48 willys to George two days ago at around 11am when he was at lunch, got text at 2pm with pictures where the body work on a rolled under back corner was ready for paint. Got it back today and it rocks. Im amazed at how fast he finished. Mind you, there is no panels on this jeep so he had to feather the paint job! Matches perfect! Highly recommend.

I am a hot rod guy on a budget. I have had George do 2 of my cars. A 1966 Chevy Impala and a 1955 Chevy Bel Air Sport Coupe. George did a GREAT job on fixing body issues before paint and the paint jobs came out GREAT! If you dont want to spend the BIG money but want your car looking GREAT! Then have George take a look at it! He does good solid work for a GREAT price

My experience here was disappointing from the start. The owner was rude every time I dealt with him, and the way he spoke to me came off as unprofessional. I brought my vehicle in for a simple body panel repair and was told it would be done in a week. Instead, my car sat there for an entire month with almost no updates unless I reached out first. After going through this, I started reading other people’s reviews, and it seems like many customers have dealt with the same unprofessional and rude behavior from the owner. It’s frustrating to see that this pattern isn’t new. What bothered me most wasn’t just the delay, but the attitude. Any time I asked for a status update, I felt talked down to. There was no accountability for the missed timeline, and no effort to make the situation right. I don’t know how this place is still in business with the way customers are treated. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Kennewick Auto Body.
