Took my jeep liberty to have an outer tire rod fixed was told it would be an hour and total 150 he had it done under an hour and was only 130 he did a great job I recommend going to Hanks auto repair hes got great prices I'm recommending him to friends and family I will go back there most definitely

We made an appt on monday for thursday at 9am to find out what was wrong with our air conditioning. When my boyfriend took the car there before 9, he was told they were too busy to look at it. Hmm, a paid hour with an appt? Very unprofessional and unreliable! Thanks for nothing.

Passing through town with a group of youth headed for mission - one of our vehicles needed some attention before continuing on. Hank was able to get our car fixed and on our way very quickly. Hank was very friendly, went out of his way to get us back on the road. What could have been a horrible trip turned out great because of his help.

Yes very nice to start but no integrity. Had my 01 mustang in to have a seal put in. And coolant flushed. Picked up a few hours later to now a howl in the rear end. Come to find out as driving down the road when my car started acting up again took it to my shop at work . the rear seal was never changed all they did was drain the remaining oil out. And coolant was way low and never flushed. Now I have to buy a whole new rearend. Can not even rebuild. Thanks hank you were even given a tip. Com to find out he has done this to several people be very smart don't go. I'm very sorry I did. This was my moms car that died less than a year ago. Was her retirement car.

After not knowing where to take our truck for an oil sending unit and a possible replacement of the camshaft, I was referred to Hank by my coworker. We moved to the Tri cities from MT, so had no clue where to go or who to trust. Hank did an amazing job communicating what was happening with our vehicle, getting the repairs done in a timely manner and also doing everything for a reasonable price. He also showed us exactly what was fixed on our truck, and had the broken part/replaced parts all laid out to show us what was done. I really appreciated his thoroughness, professionalism and felt that he was very knowledgeable. We will continue to use Hank in the future for our vehicle needs. Highly recommend! Thank you!
