Service was great. The individual that assisted me was professional, honest about the time it would take for repairs and communicated on the truck progress in a timely manner ..

I was not completely satisfied the lady that helped me was a little short with me. She wasn’t nasty. I feel she could’ve been more helpful with my concerns..

Technician Eli came to my house to provide mobile replacement of the front window appicatores which had blew off on the freeway, and is part of the nationwide recall. He did a great job and I am pleased.

Chris and Alejandro were accommodating with my request for service, extremely kind and helpful - they informed me of my service needs and cost, with no pressure. I would highly recommend this service dealership to all Ford customers.

First, it’s so convenient for me. He came to my place on time and he explained what he’s going to do and what time it will be done. I forgot his name already, but I’ll say that he did a great job and I’m so happy with the service. Thank you Ford.

Once our maintenance plan is over I cannot wait to NEVER use this location again. These people are so disorganized they couldn't put together a glass of water. I call to check the status of my vehicle and I get put on hold for extended periods of time. When they answer they don't know anything. They never seem to be able to lookup the fact that we have a maintenance plan and always try to charge us. These people are so bad at their jobs they can't even order a Lyft ride properly. Twice I've requested to be shuttled home and both times they "got the address wrong" which is dumb as hell considering Lyft is such a simple platform to use and our address is accurately listed. It got to a point where i started ordering it myself so i wouldn't have to wait 20+ minutes for them to get their act together. When it came to doing service on our vehicle it takes forever, they never have the parts or they've even ordered the wrong ones. This place has literally been nothing short of a headache every time I have to deal with them. Unprofessional, disorganized, poorly trained. If there was another location close enough I'd try there but for now I'm stuck with these people because I dare not do anything outside a dealership and mess with our warranties etc. If you live closer to another dealership or have the ability to utilize another one I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take your time and money elsewhere.

Parts N Services is VERY helpful n approachable. Giovanni took my call Thursday and had my car fix Friday morning. They assist me very well and they even dropped me off at home n deliver my car in the time frame they said it will be done. 👍

I was told that I needed to pay $867 cause my battery was bad and the car needed to be reprogrammed. Also they said my mirror needed a new module, but I told them the mirrors weren’t opening when starting cause most likely the battery was too weak. They replaced the module and I paid the $50 deductible. The mirror looks intouched. Lastly and - MOST IMPORTANT - When I signed the papers at pick up, Eric had 2 invoices, and the one below where I could just see the signature showed the invoice for $867. I signed it and realized after that he tricked me into signing it even though there was no work done or reprogramming, just so he could bill the warranty! I went to Costco and got a new battery and the car is fine! I’m sure this is a regular accurance, and I felt so decieved into being tricked to sign a fake invoice and also told I needed to pay the $867 for reprogramming. I can’t believe there hasn’t been a class action lawsuit at this point, from what I hear from family that goes there. Very crooked operation, msybe a class action is on the horizon

Mechanic Armando is good. I like the convenience of the mobile service. Mechanic comes to my house. So, I don’t have to waste time going to the dealer for routine service. I Really like that PERFORMANCE Ford does this. In fact, all of my interactions with Performance Ford since I bought my truck there and even when I would take my dad‘s vehicle there for service have been positivo 😎👍🏽

The process went smoothly. But the only complaint I would say (even though it’s not bad) they couldn’t find my room lock key that was in my center console, after I told them it was in my center console. Lol

This was my first experience with a mobile service oil change. Making the appointment was easy, the technician sent was friendly and professional and on time. I would recommend this dealership's mobile service.

Bought a 2012 V6 Mustang about a year ago...know someone who works there. So I took it in for oil change. My car was always serviced with professionalism and with Genuine parts. Every 5000...oil change, rotating tires fill my fluids and no mechanical odor from having it being worked on. Recommended this place for Service. Have not bought vehicle there...yet!

The automotive technician Eli and the Service Coordinator Tina were very professional and efficient. This my second time using Mobile Service and I am very happy with the level of service I have been rendered as a Ford consumer. Thank you both.

Had to get a recall taken care of on my wife’s explorer and had a couple other minor issues I wanted to get looked at under warranty. The recall took a couple of days but the service tech was communicative the whole time and gave me updates throughout the week. They even picked up the car and saved me a trip. Very satisfied with the service and will return again.

I ordered a mobile service for the Works package. A young man by the name of Eli came by to perform the service. He is nice, well mannered, and has a good attitude. He's definitely knowledgeable and detailed in his explanations, as well as thorough in his inspections. I highly recommend him and look forward to the next mobile service.

Took my vehicle multiple times for the same issue. The service advisors are friendly and keep you updated but i don’t know what’s going on with the technicians. This last time i took my car in they left food in my passenger seat and some cleaning stuff. I also noticed they popped off a vent cover under my hood and didn’t even put it on properly, it was missing the pins that were holding it down. If this is how they treat customers cars I can only imagine what they’re doing when they’re supposedly “fixing” an issue with the car. I wouldn’t trust this place since they haven’t even seemed to fix the main issue that I brought the car in the first place! Don’t give this place your business.

Ever since I found out my local dealer does mobile service for routine maintenance and I don’t have to bother with dropping off and getting a ride to get my vehicle, I love that they come to me. It’s amazing. My coworkers get all jealous and think I am a VIP. Well I feel that I am with this service.

Came in to have a TPMS monitor fault light checked out. I was told they would update me on what the issue is as well as how long I can expect considering if parts were in stock or not. I left the dealership , never received a call despite then taking my contact information. 6 hours later I return and ask what’s going on and that I have to leave. I was then told it was the sensors and they were teplaceing the last one. 1.5 hours later and I’m still here. I run a business that relies on this truck. Had I been updated as told , I could’ve scheduled this when parts are in stock . I then asked , why I wasn’t updated and the same service tech said “oh yea sorry” . Terrible experience , I bring several of my cars here quite often for maintenance and repairs. Customer service/regard apparently doesn’t exist here anymore . It’s worth mentioning the last repairs done on one of my other vehicles here was about 1k over what every other ford was charging. Once I discovered this they then adjusted pricing. DO NOT COME HERE , I definitely won’t be returning . 8 hour job for TPMS replacement is a joke. Americas tire would’ve done it in an hour max and plenty of other ford dealerships would’ve simply informed you they aren’t even in stock.

I have mixed feelings about my recent experience. On one hand, the service team did a great job; they were prompt, professional, and showed excellent teamwork despite being clearly overloaded. However, management needs to step up. I am disappointed that they used a cheap off-site service that lacked professionalism. Without my permission, this third party took my vehicle off-site and returned it with a deep scratch on the door. Despite my keys being inside the car, they also forced open my locked hood rather than simply asking for assistance. Furthermore, I have yet to receive a written apology from management for the significant oversight regarding missing mandatory documentation that should have been completed before the sale. While the frontline staff is hardworking, the use of subpar off-site vendors and the lack of management accountability overshadowed the good work.
