They have a hard time getting the wheels clean when you pay for your wheels to be clean in the selection of the wash they would just hire someone that wanted to do their job and earn their money the right way

I paid 16.00 to have my truck washed and there was still dirt on the doors the wheels are filthy and they didn’t even get the front end clean, what did I pay for??

Crew and attitude has changed dramatically, second time asked for ceramic wash and didn’t receive it. I have always tip the crew and even at one time had membership, not going to use service anymore unfortunately because I prefer to support local. After experience today and crews attitude to public will not be back best of luck.

Went through 3 days ago. My vehicle came out of the wash dirtier than when it went in. Paid for the Extreme wash. It seems that they were using dirty hand brushes and dirty wash water. It simply was not a good wash and I really wish Stayton had a manual car wash to use when this one gets over loaded and dirty. Update 9/30/21 I have downgraded my review from 3 stars to a one star. The wash left very visible Grease streaks on my vehicle. It's obvious this wash isn't being maintained properly. I could rub them right off with my finger. They were not present prior to running through.

Went there to get my car washed really quick and got their personal touch package. Prior to getting the wash my cars paint was in amazing condition due with no or minimal scratches and mirco scratches but now my car has multiple scratches down the passenger side and is covered in micro scratches. Also this isn't to big of a deal but all they did to my rims is just quickly wipe them down with their brushes so they still need to be washed.

Quick service where the attendants great you and prewash your vehicle. Washes are around $10 (less depending on what you get). This is not a touch less wash and unfortunately on our last visit we were informed that the dryers were out. Don't know if that's still the case. Good for a quick run through.

I chose the 16.00 package for my truck and was really disappointed. the body of the truck was mostly clean, but around the mirrors, windshield and windows was still packed with pollen and grime. I guess I'll have to finish the job myself. waste of money.

Went in for a car wash today and was guided in and heard a loud smack pulling through was assured that I was fine so I proceeded through the car wash and went to the vaccume station to vaccume out my car come to find out that loud smack that I heard was not fine as it hit hard enough to crack my radiator and leak coolant filled out a claim paper and waited for a phone call from management only to find out that they will not be doing anything to make up for the damages on my vehicle I will be taking legal actions as a radiator alone is roughly $300 not including labor to perform the swap along with whatever may have been broken I do not recommend this car wash unless you have a vehicle that’s sits higher off the ground
