Took my truck somewhere else to get a alignment which was a mistake...Came out horrible...Took it here to see if they could realign it for me...Donald helped get me squared away...Got my steering wheel recentered...My truck is heading in the right direction....No pulling towards either side...The service I got was great....Thank you....I will be returning with all my trucks needs....I do recommend them...

This all started as I was looking for a location to purchase six new class-A motorhome tires. I had already obtained several quotes but did not really feel comfortable some of the quotes without taxes etc. etc. A fellow RVer suggested I check with Pete's Road Service here in Corona. I have carried Pete's Road Service card for years in case I needed flat repair while traveling in California, but I had no knowledge that they had Truck and RV service center locations. I went to Pete's in Corona and met with Donald Jacobs (assistant manager) and received a quote that was complete and very competitive. It was also obvious that this facility by far more professional and setup to perform the heavy duty work required for trucks and r/v's. The bottom line is that I had all the new tires and some additional service done on my motorhome at Pete's - I received a fair price / great quality service / all from a very professional facility and employees - I give a special shout-out to Donald Jacobs who was there from the quote to the finished product, keeping me informed and answering any questions I had. It's now my go to place for all my R/V tires and R/V mechanical services that they perform - I suggest you look into Pete's I am sure glad I found them!

Went here because Dale needed two of the tractors tires filled with foam. Thought there was an actual Pete lol It's all good, Filiberto helped me out and was polite and professional. The valve stem on our Motorhome broke. We did not want to tow it. We contacted Pete’s since they installed the tires. They sent a mobile mechanic who replaced it and checked all the others and verified all tires had the correct air pressure. He also gave us tips so it is less likely to happen again!

We've used these guys for years with mixed results. But recently I've been absolutely appalled by their lack of competence. I had 4 tires mounted and 'balanced' by them, the truck shook horrendously on the freeway. Took it to another tire shop in Vegas after enduring that for a few hundreds miles. They were completely out of balance with a hugely unnecessary amount of weights on them. They re-balanced them for me and now there's no more shaking on the freeway. Then I booked a truck in on a Monday for an alignment on the following Thursday. They took down the truck information over the phone, Dodge Ram diesel 2 wheel drive. Drove it down there on the Thursday, sat there for an hour for them to tell me that their tech isn't familiar with the suspension design so can't align it! Unbelievable, it's a 2 wheel drive Dodge truck, probably the most common suspension and steering design in existence, no different to any Dodge or GM truck or fullsize car. So then I had to make a trip that night with a bad alignment, if they had of said on the Monday they couldn't do it while taking down the truck information over the phone I would have made arrangements to have it done elsewhere while I still had 4 days before I needed to head north in it. Absolutely incompetent morons. We won't be using them again and will be spreading the word.

We needed an RV wheel alignment done during a long distance trip, and they got us in first thing so we could be on our way. Jose was fabulous, gave us a wonderful tire pressure gauge suitable for the dually wheels.
