I brought my truck here to have the clutch looked at and a rough idle checked out. After they replaced the clutch and spark plugs my truck is running worse than when I took it to them. After repeated calls and visits they are adamant that the work done is final and they can't do anything else. Do NOT take your vehicle here if you want the job finished correctly.

Normally have had good service. But lately service has been terrible. 8 months after dropping off my car I still get I'm still working on it. So I dropped my daughter vehicle off for diagnostic service and after 3days we started towards the same trend. With much attitude when asking about it. Time to switch technicians. I have sent a lot of customers to this shop but those days are over.

My mother brought her car here for an oil change because she was in the area. While getting the oil change, the mechanic told her that the oil pan needed to be replaced because the bolt was stripped. The mechanic also suggested that she should tow her car back to them since the oil had already been drained. However, my mother was unconvinced by their explanation, especially since the shop was in Beaumont. She asked the mechanic to just change the pan and to give her the old pan and bolt to show to the original shop. The total cost ended up being over $250. When she went back to the original shop, the mechanic checked it out and found that the bolt was actually just fine. It turned out that my mom had been scammed into changing the whole pan for no reason. She went in for an oil change and ended up with unnecessary repairs. It's truly frustrating! I would not recommend coming here!!

I hardly ever write reviews about products and services, l have received. Oh, but l just had to take a minute to chime in on this one. First, of all l don't trust bringing my vehicle to just anybody. Peter's Auto Repair & Body are very professional in running their business. My vehicle was diagnosed. l was called and notified on the issue. I was told the amount and the day my vehicle would be ready for the pickup. I have been to other places in the past. I can tell you all a few horror stories, but not today. I been coming to Peter's Auto Repair & Body now for many years and this is my 1st time writing a review. 10 out 10, I would recommend for anyone who wants fast and quality vehicle services, that is affordable.
