Tire went flat used tire selant drove car to les Schwab they could not find the reason for the flat so now I have a tire I can't trust and no more selant because it's on back order with Crystal. John the service mananger had my tire looked at and they found a hole so they fixed it and that gave me peace of mind because I now know why it went flat and because they could not order me a replacement canister they offered me a donut tire kit at half price. Everyone I met today had great customer service and I thank you for giving me the feeling of peace of mind that I can feel safe on the road at 530am. Thank you Peterson stampede.

There is NO better tough truck, RAM, than Peterson's Service. After a thorough inspection of your vehicle, RAM 3500 in my case, the service representative who greets you will clearly accurately describe and explain both the essential needs and optional choices. He/she will also breakdown the costs of each choice. I highly recommend the customer listens to the professional opinion of Peterson's representative.

Came in for an oil change at 9:20 am and told it might be up to 4 hours to complete. Ok well we drove all the way out there might as well just get it done. The young man that checked us in didn't get our name or ask what kind of oil we wanted but took the phone number so I thought maybe a text or call as it went in was how they did things as this was our first time here. After about 4 and a half hours I recieve a text saying the inspection was done and in the middle of trying to read that I got a phone call from Ken the service manager telling me the air filter needed changed, pretty standard, then he said the left tie rod end needed replaced, at a whoping 304 dollars and an oil leak that needs further dianostics. Well I have had no evidence of any oil leaks in the time I have owned the vehicle so that sounded fishy. So I told him we would look into it . He said ok you are just about finished we will bring it around in a few minutes. About 20 minutes past and my wife asked me isn't that our jeep out there? Sure enough it was. No one came to get us, (we were in service waiting room), no text or call to say it is ready. We finally walked over to the lube shop to see if we could take our jeep and of course pay. The poor kid at the desk had no clue and had to search through the paperwork to find us. He seemed befuddled that we had been waiting so long since the jeep was finished. After paying for the oil change we drove straight to where we had our shocks and struts replaced and asked them to look at the tie rod end, yep just fine he said. So we won't go back to Peterson's again. Slow, and trying to scam us for more money down the road. My uncle worked for Peterson's for years he would be rolling in his grave to find out about this mistreatment of customers.

Will and the team at Peterson are hands down awesome. I travel 2 hours just to have my truck serviced with them and for good reason. They are always friendly and do an amazing job never do they try to push anything you dont need the work is done quick and efficiently. I have had issues at lots of dealers all over the states but not once here. I highly recommend them and will continue to come back.

Great experience overall. Manny quickly checked in. Tire rotation and oil change done in under an hour. Technicians trying to figure out how to reset oil light. After multiple attempts told they would look up and call me. As I was checking out mentioned to Manny. He offered to check, went to car, and he fixed it. I asked what he did and he explained and showed me. Outstanding customer service from him start to finish. Super friendly and helpful! The boise store also couldn't figure out so I've been driving with change oil light on since May. Really appreciated his taking time to try and will be regular customer at this location due to quality service!

Service Consultant Zach was rude and snide. This location changed the way you check in your vehicle for an oil change. As you pull up they put up stop signs at the maintenance/ service check in. I stopped for a minute then pulled thru to the oil & lube building as always. Zach came out telling me that I needed to check in at the maintenance desk instead of the lube & oil desk… then said that’s what stop signs are for. He then proceeded to tell me other people keep going thru them as well… If you want people to go to a different building or stop there at the stop signs to check their vehicles in , you should have signs. Or someone standing there ready to walk out to the car when someone pulls up. If no one comes out to your car at a stop sign with no other directions or signage stating that they need to check in somewhere else what do you think people are going to do? Stop and then move forward to the oil & lube building like they have been doing for years. Dodge you need signage and maybe talk to your reps about how they speak to customers and how they feel the need to talk down to you like you’re stupid.

Was getting my oil change done for the last 3 years have the maintenance plan and never paid anything for the oil change or disposal. Came in today got my oil change done and the guy goes there is $2.88 charge for oil disposal. After telling him I never paid for it he stated u always paid for it. I have all the receipts from the time I purchased the truck I never did until today. As far as I know will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

Been coming for about 4 years. Typically top notch but something is up. I have the 6 oil change package. Paper work states I need to rotate tires (did this 2 weeks ago) I need an engine air filter (new STP Premium installed yesterday) I declined car wash and vaccum Included ( never asked) Suspicious. I have 1 more oil change, let's check next year. Cant complain too much as the package was $300 for 6 full synthetic oil changes back then, dont know about now. Might chaulk this up to overworked mechanics, was a 2 hour wait. Updated 2025 Another -1 star, they put the wrong oil. Alerted because I noticed it... sigh. They fixed it but there went half my day off.

I've been coming to Peterson Stampede for many many years, even use to work in the Quick Lube. I know most of the staff and am friendly with them. I hate having to write this post, but here it is. The problem comes where the turn over rate in the quick lube is insane, every 6 months the crew is completely new. Either they're not being paid well enough, treated well enough, or they're not staying around long enough for proper training. How this has affected me now is when I brought my Porsche in a few weeks ago for a simple oil change. The oil filter housing gasket was not replaced or was damaged when they changed my oil and filter. I because aware of the issue when starting my car this morning and heard a mechanical bearing grind sound. I turned off my Porsche, checked the level and saw that I was below the safe level threshold. I immediately brought it to Stampede this morning at 8am and I am still here past 11am waiting for them to go get a new gasket and fix the leak caused. I hope this has not caused an engine issue with my car. I will keep this updated. 11:34am: New gasket is on, leak is stopped, did not top off low oil level, pulled car out front door me to pick up. I asked if they topped off the low oil. Service Writer starts they have not and that they will start the car up, move it back to quick lube, and add oil to the correct level... This should have been done already.

The parts and service department have treated us very poorly. We bought a car from Peterson BMW in Boise, and they had to send it to this branch as they work with Jeeps more. The BMW branch was super friendly and gave us permission to pick up our fixed car at the Nampa location. When I was repeating what I had been told over the phone, Nate was very rude to me. He spoke down to me as if I had broken a part when it was the tow driver. He also called BMW and told them I was inferring something when all I did was relay the information the Peterson BMW branch had told me. After that experience, I bought a car from the Peterson Dodge Jeep Ram Nampa Auto Mall, and less than 24 hours later, an alert came up. The parts department has fought tooth and nail to do absolutely nothing to help fix the car. Now, another check engine issue after only having the car for 2 weeks and we have been unable to get real help.

Bought my Jeep at Larry Miller it's now 12 years old decided to start getting the services at Peterson's since I live in Nampa. Planning on a new Jeep and buying it at Peterson. I left with a bad taste in my mouth for bad service. I wasn't really welcomed, because I had never had my Jeep serviced there. Before I got my bill they were pitching a set of tires for me to buy. As I saw my bill I'll never buy anything from there. A regular oil change no tire rotation, said offered car wash and I declined, not TRUE. It was over 121.00 . Holy Cow, wow, good job losing a customer.

Don’t ever buy the service package from a dealer, the financial savings over paying an independent service shops are not worth the aggravation and inconvenience of an oil change taking over 3 hours. Worst decision of my life, go to a local mechanic or reputable shop instead, dealer service departments are atrocious!
