The groomer that bathed and cut my dogs hair did a fantastic job. He or she cut it exactly the way I instructed compared to other groomers I have used. My little dog looks absolutely beautiful and well groomed. Kudos to that groomer! I couldn't ask for a better job and at a price that's much more in line than those other expensive places that I have tried. I will certainly return there for grooming and even boarding when the need arises.

Update third time I have left my two 60lbs. dogs, and making my next reservation. One needed medications due to broken skin lesion. I was so worried to go because my one dog needed antibiotics the entire stay. My vet assured Petsuites would take care of him. And Petsuites did! Healed, happy, and fed the special diet food I provided. Poops were fine when home.

These people are great. Took great care of my dog and updated me with a report a day before I picked up about his stay. Prices are affordable too with options of half day or full day playtime packages. My dog was happy when I dropped him and when I picked him up. I could see on the camera that he loved playing with other dogs and also was relieved to see a staff member monitoring them at all times while they played. I toured the place before my drop off and did not need to make a reservation for the tour which was great since me and my husband did a walkin. Some places we called wanted us to make reservations for a tour. The place smelled clean and you could see that every dog room was well kept and clean. I would definitely board again with them. The staff members at the front were very nice as well. Overall I will give a 5 star in my opinion.

Horrible establishment.
Booked a full day for my two pups, I gave them specific instructions on how to the warm up their food and when to feed them.
They still neglected to feed them.
Be aware, this place don’t really care about your fur babies.

My pup went for the 1st time yesterday and had a blast!! He's usually overly excited to see me, but he loved the staff so much that I actually had to call him to me. I'm a new pup parent so I'm still learning. It was a little too soon after his neutering to be there but one of the staff (I think it was the general manager "Babar") called me because another member of the staff noticed his suture and they pulled him out of the group. He was fine and I appreciated that. Overall 10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟... If you have to do something during the day it's a great place to babysit your baby. We wanted to see if we could get him acclimated so that in July we could take a 3-day trip... I think he'll do well... they have really nice suites with beds and pillows and television if that's what you want anyway it was a great experience... My puppy is definitely going to find some BFFs in this place ‼️🐾🦴🐈🐈⬛🐩🐕🦮🐕🦺

This place exudes happiness and fun the minute we step inside. Our baby literally jumps from us to the handler, wagging his tail like nobody’s business. While we, idly standing by, watch with a slight tear in our eyes! He didn’t as much flinch or turn to say goodbye. Of course i wouldn’t want it any other way. He’s in excellent hands!

My dog has been a member at this location since they opened and LOVES it! I think he’s just as spoiled there as he is at home, but he just says it’s a cool place to hang out…there’s water and and toys and outdoor access and ALL his friends, both furry AND human! And there’s even grooming, so once in awhile he can come home already cleaned up, too!
Try their doggie day care, it’s a beautiful thing for us pet parents! I LOVE THIS PLACE AS MUCH AS THEY LOVE MY DOG!

We were very impressed with the care our 2 boys received. We loved the updates and pictures that were sent! Watching them play on the live cameras relieved our anxiety about leaving them for 4 days. Outstanding Care for My German Shepherd!
I can't say enough good things about my experience at Pet Suites. I recently boarded my German Shepherd, and from start to finish, they exceeded all my expectations. The facility was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease.
From the start the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and it was clear they genuinely care about the dogs they look after. They took the time to get to know my dog, his personality, and his needs, which I really appreciated. I was sent an update with pictures, showing how my dog was during his stay.
They also made sure he felt loved and secure, which is so important as this was his first time staying in a dog hotel. The staff were knowledgeable about the needs of larger breeds, and I felt confident that he was in great hands.
When I picked him up, he was happy and healthy. I’m beyond impressed with the level of care provided, and I will definitely be bringing my German Shepherd back for future stays. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for a safe and caring place for their furry family member!

We left our dog for 2 hours at on and she was returned with a bleeding paw. We took her to the vet the same day and were told two nails were ground down until they bled.
Also, we learned she spent her time kept in a separate room/cage-like space, despite us clearly explaining ahead of time that she cannot be kept crated because she becomes very anxious!
Sharing so other owners can make an informed decision.

Lisa has been so great with our puppy/dog (sheepadoodle). Prior to her visiting Lisa we always heard that our pups was hard to groom. Lisa has never complained and has always been very communicative with us during her process and if she wasn't able to do something she always explained why. I would recommend Lisa to anyone.
I also want to note that the staff is always very friendly and kind. Thanks for taking care of our girl.
