Great place, cool workers. Finished my tint fairly quick. Went with ceramic 15% front, 5% back windows. Pretty satisfied with it, especially the clarity during the day, at night the 15% is good for the fronts and you can see what’s important through the rest. but also hasn’t been 24 hours since I’ve gotten it so we’ll see in the 2 weeks they said it’ll take to be fully cured. Edit: it’s been 4 days now and it’s amazing. Really glad they were patient with my questions and helped show me which ones would be best for what I wanted. It’s not insanely hot in my car, have privacy, and most of all I can still see at night. Really glad I came here for my tint

Absolutely terrible experience. I was quoted one price over the phone, but when I arrived, they tried to change the total to something completely different. Classic bait-and-switch. The employee named Eric was extremely rude, disrespectful, and clearly has anger issues. His attitude alone made me walk out. Because of him, they lost an $1,100 job on the spot. They act like they’re the only tint shop in the High Desert, but Victorville, Hesperia, and Apple Valley have plenty of shops on almost every corner, and many of them offer better service, better pricing, and better quality. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Unprofessional, dishonest, and not worth your time or money. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Phantom Film Werkz gets down. Plain and simple. They did the tint on all my door windows and the rear lift gate window on my 24 4runner TRD PRO a few days ago, so I wanted to make sure all was well before posting this review, and all is well. Just now I started to roll down the windows again, and the tint came out great. Got their Xpel Prime XR tint and it does help with the sun's heat and UV rays. They also took care of my 23 Tacoma TRD off road 4x4 in their Prime CS tint all around a bit over a year ago and to this day it's held up well, and I put this truck through the ringer offroading, all dirty and stuff. Initially, on the Tacoma, the drivers window had a few fibers and particles stuck under the tint, but they not only re did that window, they took it upon themselves and re did the passenger side front window as well because they said there were some fibers stuck there too. I didn't even notice it. They have a great reputation for a reason and they do good work. The tint that they use is also of very good quality. I highly recommend these guys. -Ozzy

I had an excellent experience at this tinting shop. The owner was extremely professional and straightforward with me from the start. I came in with old tint from the previous owner that was in terrible condition. Instead of just taking the job, he carefully explained that removing the old tint would likely damage the heater lines on the rear window. He could have done the work that day, but he actually recommended that I replace the glass first so I wouldn’t lose the heater strips—something that’s really important here in the High Desert. I truly appreciated that level of honesty. It’s rare to find someone who is willing to turn down a job just to make sure the customer makes the right decision. You can tell he takes real pride in his work and cares about doing things the right way. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality tinting and trustworthy service.
