Phil Dean may not be the biggest or fanciest but it's got pressure and plenty of soap and other cleaners u need..and if you habe trouble he is no questions ask he just handles it...its actually a very clean place and professional..HE and his son are eager to help and handle anything...I've been going since he opened ..i lost some very important papers.on 4/17/25 due to me not putting then away when I cleaned my truck..3 hrs later I go back and run into Mr. DEANS SON AND THAT YOUNG MAN APOLOGIZED AND HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT..ALL MY FAULT..ANYWAY HE HELPED ME LOOK AND WE FOUND THEM AND HE IS OFF WORK BUT STILL HELPED..TRY THAT AT WOODIES OR ANY OTHER DRIVE BY..THANK U PHIL DEANS CAR WASH..YOUR #1

i am so happy with the service at Phil Dean's, I came to them with a car I hadn't cleaned in about a year and was in a sorry state. they made it look like the day I bought it. I couldn't be happier and definitely recommend!

What a joke this is very near to my home so it was convenient for me however I was told I can't pre wash my car with the brushes in the barrels then move on to spend sometimes 12 dollars 13 with vacuum at least twice a week phil aka the owner said it's against the rules how ridiculous that I'm still paying for washing my car I will now no longer be going there What a clown

Best touchless wash I've found, the self service bays are great and the chemicals are far superior to other washes. Now has tap to pay. Tap to pay at all the stalls. So much more convenient

Zero Stars should be a thing! Phil Dean is the WORST business owner in Pinellas County. His equipment is so subpar that I had to use the soft cloth I use for my dash to wipe off the purple presoak because his high-powered soap had no soap! While doing this, he came to the bay I was using and harassed me relentlessly to leave, saying I was taking too much time and he needed his bays for his detailing cars. At this point, i had only been there the 3 minutes it took for the sprayer time to expire! He then picked up my rubber mats (I hadn't even had a chance to spray off yet) and threw them down by the road. He called someone to make me leave, I can only assume was the police (who I wish would've shown up), but they just ignored his ridiculousness. Harassed a woman by herself, claiming I was trespassing when I was simply trying to wash my car! I guarantee if i were a man, he wouldn't have acted like this! Since his detailing business comes first, he should not have the bays open to the public. What a disrespectful, derogatory, rude ahole! I feel sorry for his poor staff!

Phenomenal service. My car looks brand new. I got the detail package. I called yesterday and they got me in today, I don’t have time to wait so quick service was a must for me. I dropped it off and a few hours later it was show room ready. I should have gotten the higher package, and I’m kicking myself for not. This place is the only place in the area I would take my car.

Update, the car wash is now $4 or 4 minutes. I don't feel like it's really a value anymore and sadly I will have to take my business elsewhere The car wash is $3 for 5 minutes. I usually put in $3 spray down my car soap it up and then hand wash it for as long as it takes and then I give it another $3 and rinse everything off. The vacuums on the other hand are $1 for 4 minutes and these vacuums have suction like you wouldn't believe. Be careful of your buttons, it will suck one off. Best vacuums I've ever used!!!!! Edit a year later, still the best car wash

Fantastic job on my 2001 miata. Paint looks new after their wash and hand wax. I recommend the detail jobs and will be bringing other cars also. The tires and rims look amazing as well.

This was a pleasant surprise. I have a bigger truck so I can’t fit in most car wash facilities. This has 3 self serve bays and an automatic. Detailing shop just behind. You actually get soap and wax and spot free, instead of a watered down version of the same. First one I have ever been to that has blowers s part of the self serve bay options. Great place, easy in and out. Not fancy but clean and a great value. Pay by coin or card. Tap option is available

I liked the fact that this was a touchless car wash because I don't want to go to one that has rollers. I paid for the $15 car wash whi h is the most expensive. But even though the car was better than when I went in it wasn't exactly sparkling. There was still bird dropping on the car and other things on it. Also u can still see dirt. The tires were not cleaned at all. Please watch video so u can see results.

Phil and John are great. Very professional to deal with and quote process was very smooth once they looked at the vehicle. I have tried a handful of retailers in the area they are top notch. If you’re sick of getting the vehicle back and thinking you didn’t get your moneys worth. Go here and you will not regret it.

I have been a loyal customer for probably 4 years and bring multiple vehicles each week including work vehicles to the car wash. I have always recommended the car wash and John the detailer does an amazing job there and makes the place look great. I really like John and would still be bringing my cars there for John to detail every few months but Phil the owner kept raising the price. It started out at $150 for a full detail and went up over $200 to $350 plus and I think he try’s to charge like $500 for suvs and trucks which is outrageous and crazy. I feel bad for John because Phil has out priced himself and I’m sure has lost a lot of business doing so and that hurts John. I was at the car wash yesterday afternoon and this happened. I pulled in and there was a Kenneth city cop finishing up and pulling out of the automatic car wash. There was 1 other person washing a car in the self service wash part and 1 bay was open. There was nobody else there. I saw Phil the owner working up close to his office / house on something in the detail bay. I was on the phone for a couple minutes with my mom wishing her a happy 83rd birthday before I was gonna get out and wash my car. Me and my girlfriend are sitting in my car in the bay Phil walks up and is tapping on my windows I rolled the window down and he recognized me and told me that I have been sitting there for a while he was watching me on camera and I had to pull back around to the back because I was holding up the wash bay. There was nobody else there and 1 bay was open so I don’t have any idea what he’s talking about. So we circled and pulled back in and starting washing the car. Every time I come in spend at $20 but never minded because it’s a nice car wash. When I was done I asked him to come over and talk because I thought we always had a good relationship and a few mutual friends but I guess I was wrong. I tried to explain everything to him but he wasn’t understanding and was very argumentative over the situation. So after this situation and conversation with Phil dean I was curious so I started reading his past reviews. I was really shocked to see this has happened to multiple people over the last few years. This is very unfortunate and unprofessional as a business owner to act like this and is a good way to loose business and future business and customers. Word of mouth is the best advertising there is. I will never ever go back to this car wash or recommend this car wash to anybody after the way me and my girlfriend were treated yesterday by the owner Phil Dean. Thanks for reading Lee Perkins

The best car wash in Pinellas county. Phil Dean's has all the options from touch free automatic to self service bays with quality cleaning product you don't get anywhere else. Not to mention he has a foam wax gun and blow drying gun in the self service bays that are a game changer to cleaning your car. His professional detailing services are also 10/10 quality. 10/10, would move here when I retire just for this. All the lights were on. Everything worked. I even smelled new smells that were not the the same cheap crappie chemicals used by all the other car washes, I don't know if that means that they're more effective or not but considering it's actually part of a detailing place instead of just a ghetto money maker, that's a good sign. The pre-wash might have actually done something. If I hadn't gotten all the things to start detailing my own vehicle I would definitely bring it here to see what they can do. I've never looked at the costs but I don't imagine the self-service itself is as profitable as the other places on paper, but it for sure has to have repeat customers. It's rare that I find a car wash to return to in an area, and I'm sad I only had one night here
