Young lady working this morning extremely rude about my id demanding didn't card the 3 people in front of me one of which was a minor sorry that in the middle of a global pandemic I don't want to hand the cleark my id you can see it no need to touch or scan it after using this gas station daily on my way to work for the last 6 years ill never stop by there again

Says it’s supposed to be open 24 hours 😂 what a joke. Went to get sodas and they were closed. Doors were unlocked but they had shut the registers down. Wasted an hour walking there and back. Wouldn’t waste my time here again

Whatever woman was in charge this morning was not only rude to me but very rude and condescending to the employee who works under her. Terrible service, and slamming a register closed sign down that close to my hands was the craziest thing I’ve had to experience from a gas station clerk at 6:30 in the morning. Maybe her 2 inch long dollar store eyelashes obscured her vision because she looked like she was having some trouble, but either way it was the worst gas station experience I’ve had in awhile… and I go to break time at 3am. 😬

When I visit Phillips 66 gas stations here in Columbia, Missouri, it feels like they are all managed by the same person. Every location I’ve been to has poor customer service. Maybe it’s just me, but the employees don’t smile or acknowledge customers. As a gas station, it gets the job done, but since they don’t have electronic self-checkout registers, the employees should at least make an effort to provide decent service. Instead, it seems like they go out of their way to deliver lackluster customer service. To me, good customer service simply means making my experience pleasant while I’m in the facility, but the clerks at these gas stations fail to do that. They really need to step up their game.

Tonight Rick and AJ are the nicest men I've had the privilege to meet in a long time. I feel completely safe when I stopped here to use restroom or to get a drink I know that nothing's going to happen. It shouldn't even be in your records that when I did have to come here to make a phone call about something else and it was an emergency this is my safe place this is where I come. I went in to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper I told the gentleman AJ behind the counter and he went and grabbed me some toilet paper quicker than I can blink. Good job guys thank you so very much for making this a safe place for women to come at night when we're working.
