I gave this rating specifically because an employee named Raymond was particularly helpful when I needed a new car battery. He tested my old battery and showed me the reading that indicated that I needed a new one. He showed me the options they had in stock for my vehicle. He took his time and meticulously installed the new one. He was also courteous and friendly. A different man at the counter acted as though he had a chip on his shoulder and didn't care to help. Maybe he was having a bad day. However, Raymond made up for how unconcerned the first employee had acted. I appreciate good customer service.

Very poor customer service. Had a problem with my Mother's brake lights continously staying on. Only wanted to ask if they possibly knew what the problem was. The answer that was given by the counter person (the shortest and smallest) is that we are not professionals and you will need to take your car to a mechanic. No let me see what you are talking about or anything. I realize that it was close to closing time but your doors were not locked, so therefore appropriate customer service should have still been given. This individual needs proper etiquette training. To end this review found out the problem is the brake switch and it was not given by a professional

A huge shoutout to Eric at AutoZone on Oneil Ct, Columbia, SC! Eric was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful today! I visited the store for assistance with a wiper blade that had come off. I wasn't sure if it was missing a piece or if I needed a new blade. Eric greeted me at the door, took a look at the blade, checked a few things, and reinstalled the original blade securely! His customer service skills are above and beyond! Thank you, Eric! Your help and assistance were appreciated more than you know! :)

Holy cow. This is a bad AutoZone. I walk in and the boss girl is standing there eating at me. Just grazing like there's nothing wrong with that. And then when I ask for spark plugs for my vehicle, she makes it obvious that she knows very little about cars or their parts. If you want the right parts, go to a different store

I stopped in about a week ago to purchase a new battery. The battery is needed wasn't on the shelf, but was on the pallet of new batteries that just came in off the truck. Three young ladies checked the pallet, and the one oi needed was at the bottom of the new batteries. These ladies, were very helpful and professional as well. And that's why I do my business at the O'Neil Court store. Whatever you need for your vehicle(s), The staff at Autozone will be there to help you. Thank you again for your service to the community..

Not knowledgeable about products they sell . They quoted me 511.00 for brakes and rotors versus 290.98 at another AZ store . Shop around there are better autozones in the area . They do bare minimum. Asking me questions β¦.im just a girl not an expert. Yβall supposed to know the parts I need at the best value.

This AutoZone is amazing!! Now I usually shop at Napa, but after going to the one on Two Notch on my way back home to Delaware and them being unable to help me, I decided to give this AutoZone a shot. I needed some help with lights in my vehicle, and Mr. Alan stayed and helped me out by guiding me through how to replace the bulbs in my 2013 Mazda CX-5 in not only my overhead console but my shift indicator as well. After he had already helped me with installing my headlights and teaching me how to check my fluids and how to change my own wiper blade by guiding me through it!
