Israel is THE next level guy at professionalism. Anything I had a question about, he took the time to break it down to the fullest and did not try to push anything that didn’t need to be done. Stayed tentative to everyone else at the same time as taking care of employees that also needed assistance. I highly recommend this place for anything auto related thank you to Israel!

This has been the worst car service experience of my life. They had the wrong parts and wasted ours of my time just to send me out with the same brake issues. Absolutely awful experience

Took my vehicle for an oil change and they ended up messing up my passenger turning headlight. Took it for a simple service and now I have to spend more because they are not careful and break other stuff.

Do not get services done here! Went in for oil change, scheduled appointment online. Somehow ended up with cabin filter replacement that I didn’t needed. 69.00 to 175.00. On top of whoever sat in my car had it smelling really bad as if they did not take a bath.

Had some tire issues from Walmart, Israel was extremely professional and disclosed all potential costs. I ended up just having pay for installation could have been $400+ I would have never been the wiser. The tire alignment price was a bit high. The service is very good. Gentleman, your customer restroom should have been cleaner at 10am.

My car was towed to Firestone on Tuesday Sept 2. It was diagnosed as needing a radiator. The work was completed Friday Sept 5. During that time someone ravage through and took several items out of my glove compartment and center console. I had 3 flashlights, a battery pack to jumpstart my car battery, 2 small knives, a roll of quarters, 2 pair of sunglasses and several other small items. It is not about the value of the items but the fact that the items were mine. It is ashamed that people who work at this location used the opportunity to blatantly steal from cars that are left in their care. When I went back on Saturday to report the theft, I spoke to Israel, the manager. He pull up the video of the camera that tapes the bay area. The person(s) who did this knew there was camera coverage. He or She must have entered my car on the passenger side because the camera only views the driver's side and the mechanic working on the front of my car. WARNING: If you do take your car to this location, be sure to inspect the inside for the contents when the work is done. Don't leave anything of value in your car and don't assume that you are dealing with reputable people. And by the way, yes my car is working but I have checked the prices of a radiator and I was seriously overcharged. I will not go back to Firestone and I do not recommend them to anyone. YOU GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Don’t really have much to review except I called in and I was told to come by for an oil change. I was not told that I would be waiting there for over 1.5 hours without my car getting touched… this place is a complete zoo without an appointment. I ended up grabbing my keys and going home. just as a sidenote, a previous customer came in, from a month ago and said I just got my oil changed a month ago and my oil light is on. That was also a huge red flag. Now, I’m not saying this facilities not doing a good job but my personal experience was not a good one.

If I were you, I would never step foot in this location. They performed extra work on my vehicle without notifying me and increased the agreedupon price by $500, citing “engine fixes” I never authorized. To make matters worse, they cracked my windshield, and the engine light came back A DAY AFTER I got my car back! They didn’t resolve the original issues and caused even more damage to my vehicle. I strongly urge you to avoid these mechanics. They embody the stereotype of overcharging customers while doing minimal work. My experience was nothing short of terrible, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, especially during the holiday season. Save yourself the frustration and take your car elsewhere.

Horrible profession I dropped my car off the 1st time told them to check if anything’s wrong under the hood fix it came back to pick it up they ain’t do nothing and I told them about it and they kept it another day, the 2nd time I picked it up got home under my hood is smoking & my engine light came on so I decided to check I used a code reader and 4 red major codes popped up. Horrible service I wouldn’t recommend taking your car to them they don’t do no work, very rude, do not go there.

I went in for an oil change and the 9.99 special that included tire rotation & putting air in the tire(s). When I went in I specifically told the guy that 3 tires needed adjustments because the psi was off. They finished my car & I noticed that the same warnings were appearing for the same tires. I drove for a few mins and took it back...they had NOT done what I paid for, the person who worked on my car advised he was called to do something else & didn't get back to it. I told the guy at the front that this was unacceptable because I paid for a service that they said they did. I was not pleased at all

Do not take your car here!!! Terrible customer service. I took my truck for a repair which cost $1800.00. Once I paid and got into my truck to leave noticed there were 3 other lights on. Went back in told them they tried to clear the lights and couldn't. Suggested I talk with the store manager the next day because there wasn't one there at the time. When I went back to talk with her the next day. She was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL actually was bold enough to tell me to call Coroporate. Called Corporate they told me an area manager would be getting in touch with me, which he never did. Two weeks went by still no contact from the area manager. About a week later the store manager calls me back saying she would opoen up a claim, when I asked what was that process she stated she doesn't know because she has never had to do one. Really?????????????????????????????????? Now my truck sits still needing to be repaired and I am out of $1800.00.

I when to check my tire, had a flat tired, didn't have any problem with the tire, and the front desk, he said , he have to charge me $30, anyway, because they took the tire, to check, and the charge like they repair the tire. I don't think they should charge,and I wait 3 hours, and he left the tire dirty. Very unhappy, I will not recomend them , instalation are so dirty too.

I went to Firestone on Two Notch to get an oil change. My appointment was at 6:00p.m and there were short a guy so I didn't get out of there till 8:15pm. I'm not saying this complaining I'm saying this because during the. Whole process Maverick was nothing but professional and helpful! He answered my question and he was even helping out in the garage trying to get people out as quick as they could. Maverick made this long oil change positive and I WILL be going back!!

Recently came in due to a problem with my ac not blowing out air. Was told that the part was ordered. Was never given a call back and had to keep constantly checking in to see when I could bring my car back. When I would call no one knew what part I was talking about because it didn't show up. I finally was told to come in so that it can be fixed and when I came out not even a week later the blower motor is still broken and my car still does not blow out air- after being told that the problem was solved.

Had a great experience 4 months ago. Today, not so much. Went in because I had 2 tires that were leaking air. Told person at desk needed them checked and to rotate tires while the car was here. I have road hazard, so that’s included in the package. I was told before at one of the stores to get them rotated anytime I went in for any service. Sat where I could watch my car. Noticed that I only could see the 2 tires that I was having them check had been taken off the car. I realize I can’t see the other side of the car. I get called to the desk. I start to ask if they are rotating the tires, and I am interrupted for them to say there is not that needs to be done let’s go over this. We went over everything. I presumed they were going to rotate tires. Of course l, they send the invoice to my email, so I don’t see what all was done until I get home. I don’t see rotate tires. I go around my car. There is one new tire in one of the locations of the leaking tire from before. The other location has a cap on the tire stem. That tells me that is also the same tire. I don’t have caps on my tire stems. I hope the service manager sees this. I know you want to add services, but you need to make sure all of the services requested are done. That is also important! I may be a female, but I do notice when things aren’t done on my car!!! I will also be tagging you on my Facebook to let people know

Went in last week for their $10 inspection as my car was squealing, batter light coming on, and steering wheel would stop turning occasionally, after I changed my alternator. They pointed out a wiring harness, and told me that the reason for all of my cars problems, was this one harness. Told me it could only be ordered through the dealership (who told me it only comes with their oem alternator.) Firestone staff told me that they themselves wouldn’t drive it until that piece was on it. While on the phone with the dealership, an older guy (the same guy who didnt even know where to start when it came to looking up part pieces) interrupted me and told me to come inside so he could close me out. I explained I was on the phone and his response “Well i’ve got this car, that car, and that car, so that’s far more important than your call.” I went home, undid the alternator, redid it tighter than before, and every single issue was gone. Nonexistent. While waiting, two separate customers (one who was there and one calling in) were also having major issues, and rescued to leave until it was resolved. Please before giving them any money; seek another opinion or simply try and do it yourself. Lynn and the mechanic who pointed out the issue were super cool, but it’s clear they’re apart of a company trying to drain its customers dry; and it’s there job to pitch that.

The workers, mangers on all levels don’t care about your cars. They love breaking things on your vehicles and don’t own up to it. They may act like car for business only want your money. Everyone closes to me has same problem what fire stone to mine car. They had put in hole in radar when only ask look at break. They should go out business. All mines friends and family years including the ones not with no more as problems with them. Let spread the truth about them. This is bad customer service and bad management as well including higher up. I feel bad working for them all act the same don’t care other . I went in one problem came out with two problems. This one two notch road by planet fitness and Taco Bell location

This location is the best everyone I encountered was very professional and took great care of me . My car broke down 2 mins away and I wasn’t wanting to tow it anywhere so I drove it here and got there at 6:45 pm when they closed at 7 . Maverick was there and still greeted me and did the intake of the vehicle with no issues. John was the one who called the next day with the diagnoses and quote for repairs . Priced well and they fixed the car the same day . When I picked it up Lisa was the one to check me out and take payment . No complaints at all . Because I was treated so well I brought my other vehicle in all the way from Lexington to have a brake system replacement done . Israel helped us this day and was equally professional , thorough and again the car was done in record time with great work . Shout out to an amazing staff and team , I was pleasantly surprised how great everyone here is , and will be back .
