Better than nothing. But not much room to work around other bays and tool boxes are poorly equipped. However the tool crib has most of what you will need; you just have to get it a few pieces at a time.

What an incredible experience, took my 17 yr old son to lift /level his tacoma truck, these guys were great and very helpful, really took the time to show my son several correct ways to use hand tools, then we needed a part, they called all over town till they found one and they drove to get the part and bring it back so we could keep working on the truck - you will never get customer service as good as these guys and gal

Great place for Soldiers and dependants to work on your vehicles and save money. Tools are available and knowledgeable experts to assist if you run into any problems. Just finished rotating tires.

The facility is small which is to be expected since most of these places are loosing funding. The professionalism of the staff is inconsistent at best, the older fellas are extremely helpful and nice. I asked to speak to the manager and the employee couldn't even be bothered to point him out much less let him know of my request. When I saw the employee again he asked if I'd spoken with the manager, when I responded in the negative he promptly informed me that the manager is going to come speak with me and I must go to him. I was hit with hidden fees for just about every tool I checked out of the tool crib and the tools weren't even nice. They charged me $13 dollars to use manual ball joint press to install two ball joints. I could see them charging for press service but not for you to do it yourself. This type of management is why these services not getting utilized and loose their funding.

Super Disappointed About this Craft Shop, have been in over 10 Craft Shop in the military, and by far this one is the worst, limit the customer in the use of tools and machinery, seem like someone run this to make money and not to help Soldiers and Veterans, facility looks unmaintained, Where are the COs in charge of this Area????

I’ve used this shop about 5 times so far. It opens on time every time, and they also dispose of your old oil and oil filters. I haven’t used their tools as I have my own. The shop is always clean, and there is a restroom just in case you need to use it. The price for the use of the lifts is also very reasonable.

Great place if you love to turn your own wrenches. I have done everything from oil changes to brakes and rear differential fluid changes with no issues. Staff is extremely helpful if you need it and even though I bring my own tools they have a great selection of tools to assist in whatever it is you are working on. I definitely appreciate the fact that they even have a lift capable of lifting my RAM 2500 diesel megacab safely. Definitely recommend to anyone.
