I have had such wonderful experiences here each and every time. The workers are so kind, they explain everything to you, and they keep me safe! They are honest - many times I have asked if I need new tires and they say 'not quite yet!'. They have repaired many tires for me - even one where a different place couldn't figure out the issue. They are always completing the work on time. One time they charged more than I was told, and they refunded me my money without issue. 10/10 recommend

Brian is the best!! I no longer go to any other place for my car because getting scammed is so easy! These people do not rip you off at all. Brian hooked me up with a great deal and made sure that my car was in its up to most perfect shape that I can drive safely - for a very very long time. The warranty is great, brian explained everything very perfectly to know I wasn't getting ripped off and everything was at a reasonable price. It's better to go to an actual auto service place knowing everything is accounted for seriously rather than going a bit cheaper to someone else and then having more issues in the long run. 1000 stars rating!! Also took exactly the time they estimated. Super fast and friendly people!

Made appointment online and when I went into the location I was told that the online system “isn’t accurate” and that it would be hours before they could see me. I was also told I should call in to make an appointment because it’s “more accurate”. How am I supposed to know that? Why even allow someone to make an appointment, at a specific time, online if it won’t be honored? No consideration from the front desk person either.

On our way to vacation and we had a tire blow on us. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, more professional and accommodating…if we ever need tires again and we’re passing through we would not hesitate to stop. If you live in the Columbia area make them your source for tires and service. We would if we did.

Joy took care of me during a very busy Saturday. She took the time to come out and put air in my tires. She scheduled me for the 1st available appointment to replace my tire and got a new tire delivered very quickly while she assisted me in creating a well thought out plan to get by on an spare until my appointment.
