Through the time my vehicle was at the garners ferry location the communication has been off and I have a few issues for one my oil light is still on for another oil change. Also I spoke with Cody and he informed that he would get rid of the acid build up around my battery post. Also would get rid of the grime and oil from my engine bay. The acid build up is still there and my engine bay is still covered in sludge and grime. I've take pictures before the service has been done and everything looks the same. I am highly disappointed and do not recommend get service at this location.

Truly care about customer service and ensuring you come in and feel you’re getting the best service possible for your vehicle. I use them for tire rack deliveries, oil changes, etc. They are always honest and upfront and take the time to explain why I need what is suggested. They never make me feel like I’m overpaying for a service. I feel that my car (and my safety in that car) are in great hands here.

I just left the Tire Choice on Greenlawn Drive Columbia, South Carolina. I know the shop closes a 7:00; however, I have stopped in to have my brakes looked at around 5:45. I pretty much was turn around at the door because they only had one person at that location working. I feel like that is horrible to have only one person working stalls and front desk. The young man could have been telling me a tale but he mentioned he been by himself since 2:00. Needless to say I left and went to another competitor, and canceled my appointment I had scheduled for Saturday.

The employees was helpful and truthful with us. They was professional and polite. Took my car in got an oil change, air filter change and rear tires. They mechanic even showed me why I needed breakes he een explained it so I could understand. I will be bringing my vehicle as well as my family until they give us a reason not too.

When caught in a crunch I found this place on GROUPON. When I tell you they got me right….. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of by the company especially with things that actually needed to be fixed or high costs. I always feel women get scammed but not here. The manager was upfront about costs labor and services. And they also know you when you return thanking you for coming back.

I bought a $39 Groupon and they wanted to charge me an additional $65 for an oil change. The tech told me I had to pay for labor and 4 additional quarts of oil. He said my car needed 9 quarts of oil! I told him no it only needs 6 total and I asked him to honor my Groupon as described and he did not without demanding that I pay the extra fees. So I left and went to another establishment that treated me better and gave me the service that I needed and honored their discount without a fuss or disrespect of lying to me. I hope he treats the women in his life better than he treated a widow like me!

Great service ! We had to look for a tire replacement very last minute. The appointment to get the tire looked at was made in less than 30 minutes. We were visiting and had to leave the next day but they were able to get us a tire first thing the next morning. Although there was a delay we still were able to get worked into their schedule. Overall great service and attitude !

This place is well ran by the management. He make sure they treat you right great customer service. I have been before but the experience was definitely better this time. My appt was at 1030am I got there at 915am. A customer came in and was taken care of before me. For just an oil change, I was there until 130pm. Tech was so interested in talking to the customer before me that he didn't realize the leak he told me about was from a nail. He didn't inform me about my air filters. I'm wondering if he did the job correctly. There equipment didn't work. I would not have him touch my car. Go somewhere else. This place is a S.S. and I'm pretty sure you know what I'm saying. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and knowledgeable. He was shocked that the tech didn't see the nail in my tire. My husband was so upset 😡

Only getting a 1 star because I can’t leave a zero. My scheduled appointment was for 3:30 and I said I would be waiting. My car wasn’t taken back until 5:00. I purchased a Groupon for $35 for full synthetic oil change and free tire rotation. They “couldn’t find” the key for my locking lug nut (it was in the trunk). So they didn’t rotate my tires. They used partially synthetic oil and upon checking out I was told the Groupon I purchased only took $35 off the price and I owed an additional $49. 100% would NOT recommend!

I just happened to stop by to see if I could get some assistance with changing out a battery in my key fob and Willie was very eager to attempt it even though it is not a service that they officially offer. Both the manager and Willie were very helpful and efficient and changed the key fob battery out for me and sent me on my way and assured me that if it didn't work I could bring it back. Now. That's what I call. Great customer service for somebody that just happened to stop by. I definitely will be a return customer for other automotive needs.

I have a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. When presented the bill I said that the tires were not rotated. I was told that they do not rotate the tires unless they see tread variation. Well, I have my tires rotated to keep tread wear even. You fooled me once but in the future I will be going to a more trustworthy store.
