They were great in reasonably priced another shop we wanted to charge $400 more for the same work if you have a Mercedes this is the place to go if you live near Columbia... Way better than the shop I was using while I lived in Charlotte

This place doesn’t care about you they just care about making money. The prices are ridiculous and completely unreasonable. $100 for a diagnostic test without doing anything to help the issue is a SCAM.

I believe Oliver and Norman could take my Volvo apart and put it back together blindfolded. There’s nothing they don’t know about these cars. I was referred to this shop from a person that lives in the city of Columbia SC. I personally would not refer anyone to this shop. (To whom in Concern) Above you will see my original post. Had a starter replaced at $105 per hour. (3 labor hours). After the starter was replaced the shop called to say that the battery is dead and needs to be replaced and installed. The battery was an interstate battery at a cost of $188. And a cost of $105 (1 hour) to install. I had the original starter put back on the car which i was able to purchase and supply my own OEM part. I had the old starter tested at Advance Auto Parts on Two Notch. I had the starter tested at Auto Zone on Hard Scrabble. And the last place I had the starter tested was at the Mercedes Benz Dealership. "All three places had a bench test of Pass, and or Good. After I completed all of these things, I called the owner of the shop on his cell number on a Sunday and explained to him what my concerns were. ( keep in mind that the owner was on his Honeymoon the day the vehicle was towed to the shop and repaired). He said for me to come to the shop on the following Monday and he would look into my matter and that he would test the starter. I asked for the cost of the labor back from the starter replacement since I show proof that the starter is good. (keep in mind i had the bench test on video from advance auto parts and auto zone, which i showed the owner). He did not test the starter. He offered an oil change which was declined. He did not offer to put the old starter back on the car. He said the the only way to tell if its a bad starter was to have the old starter back on the car to see if it would start. In-conclusion the shop never provided any proof that the starter was a bad starter. And the shop kept the battery and the core charge. The final bill had no reflection of where a core charge was ever refunded for the shop taking possession of the original battery.

My BMW had a radiator installed and a month or two later my radiator light came on. I topped it off with antifreeze. Went a couple of months before I saw the light again. The new radiator had a leak. ROYAL AUTOMOTIVE honored my warranty, and replaced the radiator with no charge to me. Thanks ROYAL AUTOMOTIVE 💯

This place came highly recommended as a repair shop that specializes in Mercedes. I left highly disappointed. I informed them that I had a lug bolt that a tire place was unable to remove as they were prone to shearing off. They promptly sheared it off then immediately pointed the finger at the last place that put the tire on a year ago. Though the cause of the issue may have been true, they were not the least bit interested in trying to help me solve the issue.
