Pumps don't work right, doesn't like tor take my purks card attendant didn't knowr how to work pumps I almost always have to go in for my reciept they run out of bags all the time that is why I have been going to shell the owner won't fix things up they must want people to quit coming

Service is amazing the fact that the local gas station has not been able to have worki g pop machines in over a week makes it really hard to get on the road to work they are in true need of getting this fixed as we all know there is a food desert on this side of town.

I stop here because its convenient but I try not to gp inside. There is an employee here who is very rude everytime I come in. I have never had anyone talk to me as an employee as she did. If I only have cash I go to the next vas station. I also paid for a car wash and because I paid for it inside and put in the informarion before the person in front of me was finished it wouldn't allow me to wash my car I had to pay for another one. When I finally went in the wash stopped half way through. -_-

This place cleans their restrooms better than Quik Trip. I should know I travel miles from my worksites just to use Quik Trip restrooms. I go into the woods to find end of Stormwater pipe systems for KC Water daily. As I am in the area of this Minit Mart, I now use it exclusively when I am south of I-435, where there are 3 Quik Trips nearby, in KCMO. Oh, I and my wife use restrooms to judge how clean kitchens are of restaurants. If the restroom is clean we eat there, if not we leave. We did not do this 5 times and got sick every time. This Minit Mart having clean restrooms means they clean their hands in a clean place to touch your food items with gloved clean hands. Logic rocks, 4-2023.

I arrived at 9:56 pm and needed to pick up something inside. The door was locked when I tried to open it. The hours were recently reduced to 10pm on the sign on the front but I guess she decided to close up shop early. I asked her through the glass if I could get in and out and purchase something, but she was rude. So not only did she not doing her job, but she was rude about it. She had a lot of rude things to say to me. I think you should hire someone else that actually wants to work. Long time customer that will be going elsewhere from now on.

Cut the bush at the entrance way. (Why is it even there, just get rid of it) Can't see the oncoming traffic when you try to leave. Accident waiting to happen. I got lucky this time but someone in the future might not be.

This place is great! They're open on Christmas Eve. It's like the only convenience store I've ever been to that has an oat milk option for coffee. This was great for my dairy-allergic brother. They these amazing like mega sandwiches at an insanely good price. There was a very warm vibe there and the woman working there is awesome!

This store used to be worth passing up even if you ran out of gas and were just coasting. Since Bernadette and the rest of her team started here this store has climbed to top shelf. The customer service you get at this store is personal, professional and quick. In a world where every store carries everything customer service has been less of a thing. But not at this store. They not only care about the customers but they care about the store. I've watched this store move people for a few years. It has NEVER been better than it is now. I hope the owners of this store understand what kind of team they have. The team of this store, mornings, afternoons and evenings 7 days a week make this a place worth stopping at. Not only have I started coming to this store over every other so have friends of mine. Thank you to the ENTIRE team! YOU make the real difference!
