Unfortunately we waited over 3 hours when they said there was only one person in front of us for a simple oil change. Very poor costumer service, they didn't know what they were doing and our car started having issues the next day. It's almost like they went in there and slashed our wiper fluid container so it wouldn't hold wiper fluid and our power steering stopped working. I do like walmart and they usually do have good costumer service but our auto experience was so terrible!

I try to bring my car here because it’s across the street from my job so it’s easy to drop off but it’s no longer worth it. The lady that works the counter (every weekday I swear, can’t even just go on a day she doesn’t work) will do anything to not help me. It’s frustrating and at this point, I’d rather spend the extra $$ at Valvoline cause at least I won’t have to deal with that. Won’t be coming here again, y’all win.

Almost two hours for two tire install and rotation. Upon arrival I had to correct the employee checking me in that the new tires are always supposed to go on the back when you only buy two - that in itself was a 10 minute argument until he realized I was right. Two of the technicians walked around the whole time socializing and were cursing up a storm even when inside the store, and the one working on my car was just standing there almost every time I peeked out the window. According to another employee who showed up later to work the register, he is notorious for being obscenely slow. Once the job was finally, blessedly done, the register employee and myself both had to snap at the technicians to return my key when she had already asked twice in the last 10 minutes, and they were lollygagging even to do that. Just standing around talking rather than walk the 10 feet to the window to return the key. Awful, awful experience. The woman who worked the register was the only saving grace. My TPMS light came on almost immediately and apparently I have to pay for any replacement sensors even though I'm sure one broke due to the technician's incompetence. I'll get it fixed somewhere else. I could have done it myself and probably quicker and for what I paid for such ridiculously bad service, next time I will. Edit: updating to add that I found the reason the TPMS light was on/why one of my brand new tires was leaking. The stem was loose. Thankfully an easy enough fix. Do not get your tires installed here.

Mark was our technician. We were staying in KS for the evening but our battery has previous issues and then our check engine light came on. We pulled in 20 minutes before they closed and had the LUCK of getting Mark and Ivy to take us in and take care of us. Not only were they willing to stay well after 6pm close but also we’re so personable and helpful in getting our battery changed so that we could get back to TX the next day. Mark deserves a promotion for his professionalism and attention to detail. He even put air in our tires! Thanks so much, lifesavers!

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.It 's a terrible place.I came here to change the tires 5 times. All five times they refused me, citing the reasons that they don't have special equipment or they are too close to closing or that they don't have employees or that the person who has to do the work has lunch. No one can clearly answer the questions I ask.The manager doesn't know how to talk to clients, he was rude and said that all these were my problems.Terrible service. They knew they couldn't get the job done , but they didn 't call and offer to cancel the appointment or make an appointment for another time .It's the worst auto care center !!!

The worst place to do oil change … they’re cheating and put 1 or 2 qts only , their fake report says they put 5 qts but they didn’t put even 2 qts … max your car will run 500-600 miles then you will get the oil change light on

Bad experience, wouldn't recommend it. Show up for my tire replacement, and they told me no because the tires were not the original. It would have saved me time, effor and taking time off of work if they would let the customer know this when you buy the tires and schedule an installation, instead they wait for you to show up to let you know.

You'll be lucky to get them to answer their phone let alone get actual work done. Don't waste your time. There's a firestone and discount tire right there who are actually competent.

Got a flat on the highway (thank you construction) and was able to limp it over to Walmart Auto Care. There were only two guys working. At first, he said they weren't taking any more cars, but then he still took the time to take a look at my tire and squeeze me in. Within an hour, the tire of replaced and I was off. Really appreciate them helping me out. Took a huge weight off my chest.

Oil change with rotate and balance took 3 hours with no customer in front of me. Is the staff nice? Sure. Does that matter after 3 hours? No. If you can leave your car here all day then it's probably fine. Don't show up at 7am and expect your vehicle to get done in any reasonable amount of time.

This used to be my go-to location for auto/tire and they were great. The past year or more service has gone downhill and I'm done with them. I've had some questionable service before with wishy washy responses about what was done or not, but recently on two separate occasions I called ahead to make sure they could see me due to the battery I purchased there not holding a charge but still in warranty, was told yes to bring it in same day, upon hanging up the call, drive straight to the store and then sent away with no help because they insist they are too busy and didn't even know who would have told me that, though I have phone record showing I called correct store. Then they admit it's probably the guy on lunch. Still refused to check my battery (I would have waited hours if needed, I just needed it done). But instead they wasted an hour of drive time as I live nearly half an hour away, gas, my mental health, and it was then too late to make it to any other Walmart that day, so I have to take off work to deal with it a different day all over again. Really over the terrible customer service here. Stand by your products, stand by your own employees telling a customer they can come in to get a 15 minute battery test. But I guess they won't need to fix anything since I'm never coming back to this location for auto.

Very worst experience, they just don’t want to work, which ever day you go they say we are busy sorry.

The day I scheduled to put on my tires they had all but one person call in so they couldn't do them. They did a great job last year but I give three stars because they are not reliable. When I schedule a week in advance and they can't complete the work it is a huge inconvenience for me.

I took my Chevy to this location for an oil change late November 2024. I had no oil leak prior to this oil change. The next day, I notice a smell of burnt oil after driving my car, but I thought maybe it was excess oil from the day before. A week later I still noticed the smell and noticed drops of oil on the ground in my garage, I did some research on YouTube for this issue and asked someone as well and was told it was probably the oil filter gasket and to take it back to Walmart so they could correct it. I did take it back to that same Walmart, and I was told they looked my car ( skeptical that actually happened, who knows?!) and was told the oil was leaking from somewhere else and they couldn't assist. I had to take my car to another mechanic and was told it was the oil filter gasket and the mechanic replaced it and there have been no other leaks since. To wrap this up the person I spoke to at Walmart flat out lied and did bad work. Thanks for your lack of work ethic, your unprofessionalism, and my headache!

Just got an oil change here. Told the guy who helped me that I was a basic oil change, conventional oil. Exactly what I recieved last time I took it to get serviced at a Walmart. Should've been around 30$ He came back with a 50$ charge because he says I didn't say pit crew oil change. When I asked him what the difference is he says he cleaned my windshield, checked my tire pressure and lights. Which I know is a lie because I know for a fact one of my fog lights is out. Which he did not mention. Never coming here again.

Ordered battery online for pickup and install. Wife called ahead and they said just come on in. She waited 2.5 hours for 5 minute swap only to be told that because there was an auxiliary wire on the positive post that they couldn't do it. Complete waste of time very unhelpful and frustrating to say the least. Get it together already👎🏼👎🏼.

I've purchased tires and made appointments to have them installed online for the last 5 years and everything has always gone smoothly. The people are great here (especially Benjamin), very nice, helpful and accommodating!

High mileage oil change on an older T&C minivan. Five days later, a mechanic was at our home and advised us that we were missing an oil dipstick! My husband called Walmart and they did not have any oil dip sticks laying around. He was told to order one and they would reimburse our receipt. We got the dipstick delivered and replaced nine days after the oil had been changed. I went in yesterday with the dipstick receipt and was told I’d have to come back today because there was no manager available. I did and team lead Scott, was helpful and called a manager to the automotive desk. Due to having to go out there three times, order our own dipstick, and the hassle factor, I requested reimbursement of the oil change that set off this chain of events in the first place. I am pleased that I was treated fairly and the oil change and dipstick were both reimbursed.
