I took my car to this shop to have suspension work and to fix the windshield wipers it took them a week to fix and over $500, when I got the car back it had more problems then when I left it with the shop and the wipers worked twice and now they are broke again.

I could barely understand them for one. I also told them I knew what was not wrong with my truck. He then lied to me 3 times in a row when i asked him if he tested the starter. Which i had already had tested. He assured me that was it. I paid him,just so could take my truck home. Took starter back off, had it tested again, it was fine. I'm just out money. When I went back, they told me it was my fault because I took my truck home. Actually had an attitude with me. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Liars and cheats.

They repaired my cv axle but didn’t top off my transmission fluid. Lied about my transmission being bad as I took to another car shop that told me all I needed was a flush. Always check your fluids when dealing with any and all car places.

Our 2017 GMCs ball joint broke and our neighbor who happens to be a tow driver recommended them, They had it fixed and back on our way in a single day and at a great price. Previously the radio went out, we had it replaced at a GMC dealership. Two weeks later the radio stopped working agin. Took it back to the dealer it was now "a different issue" "a coincidence" and "they though it was maybe possibly.... " etc... Basically they were just going to throw parts at the truck at our expense and see what worked and see how dumb we were.. I said no thanks, called Geoffrey explained the situation and he said absolutely, bring it in, "electrical is my specialty" and so we took it to back to Nieman for a 2nd opinion. Geoffrey went above & beyond to find the issue, he made calls to the dealer, calls to tech folks about misc codes, sourced reasonable hard to find parts, trouble shooted, repaired it and best of all kept in communication with us as to what was going on every step of the way. Turns out the PART the dealer sold us WAS bad!!!! The print outs and explanations I had from Geoffrey/Nieman to take back to the dealer had every I dotted and T crossed. There was zero room for argument on the that dealerships part. Geoffrey and the guys at Nieman are Amazing, the prices are ridiculously reasonable, they work timely, and communication was great! He went above & Beyond for us! I cant believe we are just now finding this shop tucked right here in our back yard! 10/10 recommend Nieman Auto!

I had a fantastic experience at the auto shop thanks to Geoffrey! He took great care of my vehicle completing a full brake service and replacing my tag lights quickly and efficiently. From start to finish, Geoffrey was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He walked me through everything he did and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. It's not every day you find someone you can trust with your car I'll definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend asking for Geoffrey if you want it done right the first time!
