I only give them one star and that is because I had to! Had my oil changed there and went to pick it up and they backed my car into a tree with tree limbs all over my car, scratching the paint. I took pictures and took it back in and showed the female manager and she called me a liar saying that the tree did not scratch my car. Needless to say, FIRESTONE had to pay to get my car fixed! Just drove by there tonight and they have cut the trees away BUT INSTEAD backed this van all the way to the wall!! I wish I knew whose car it is so I can share with them what they did to mine! Theyvare horrible!

My experience could not have been worse. I went in for a problem that my car was hesitating when accelerating. After a day of evaluating the code, it was decided I needed a harmonic and belt tensioner replaced to the tune of close to $1k. I had the work done and as I drove away I realized the engine code light was still on and the problem in acceleration still existed. I called back and was told to come back in and they would disable the code as that was for an oil change that I had weeks prior. I made an appointment to come back in at 8:00 am the next day making sure that they could get to me first thing. I had not heard from them at 1:00 pm so I decided to call only to find that they had not even started on my car. Robin, the manager stated that they had no record of my appointment and as such had others in front of me. She was rude as hell. I had to call back again at 4:30 pm as I had not heard from them. Robin stated that they had cleaned the engine and the tech drove the car all around town and had no issues. I picked the car up and low and behold, same issue. Robin no states that they have "done all they can" and I should take the car to another Firestone location for a second opinion and incur another diagnostic fee. Are you freaking kidding me? I am not making it my goal in life to get ahold of Firestone corporate to get some satisfaction and a credit of some sort. Please stay away from this location at all costs.

I was in town for a wedding when my car battery died. Thankfully I could jump it to bring it in. When I arrived, they were super busy and told me they probably couldn’t get to my car for a while. However when they asked for my address and found out I was from out of state, the employees stayed late and fixed my car in a day! Chris was so kind and helpful!

This used to be my go to place…..unfortunately new staff , John in particular, have resorted this location back to the typical hack shack. Wife went in the to get oil change rotation and they tried really hard to get her to buy $1000 tires LOL. They wouldn’t even rotate them. One tire is bad the other three are totally fine. Such a rip off….I would look elsewhere then this location!!!

They were nice and gave me this big list of things on my car that needed repair, including a new battery and new tires. They also told me my brake oil needed changed. I opted to do that and wait on the rest but realized after it was complete that my dealer had done my brakes and changed the brake oil earlier this year. So idk y I was told it needed done. Did they actually look at it and see it was old or were they just looking at records? Not sure so giving 3 stars.

I've been going to Firestone for over a year now for my issues. Every time I've gone, Doug has been the guy who's helped me and has been amazingly helpful and friendly. I know sometimes chain auto repair shops can get a bad reputation, but this one does a good job and as long as I live around here, I'll keep going to them.

I set an appointment online for 6pm. It was confirmed via email the next day. I went in for my appointment at about 5:45 pm and they were closed. I never received a phone call to say that their online system shouldn't have allowed the appointment. This is poor business, IMO. I will be using someone else from now on.

I purchased the life of the car wheel alignment and took it in after buying new tires. They did not adjust the rear wheels to bring them into proper alignment stating it’s not something that needs to be done. I contacted customer service the next day and the service person said they’d call back and never did.

I would like to give y’all a better rating, but I went in for a specific issue and pointed out my areas of concern. I asked if they could test drive my car to hear the noise I was experiencing. While I appreciate them getting me in and out quickly, I was fine with waiting longer for a thorough inspection. Instead, they just lifted the car, said it looked fine, and didn’t test-drive it—even after I explained when and how the noise occurs. My car is essential for my work, and for what I paid, I didn’t receive the inspection I expected. Now, I’m being told I have to pay again. The inspection fee may be cheap, but times are hard—I just moved from Atlanta, I’m still settling in, and every dollar matters. While they removed my broken skid plate, they didn’t inspect my suspension or test drive my car. If they had, I could have planned repairs. Now, I have to pay again for what should’ve been done the first time, which isn’t fair. No, I don’t want to leave a low rating, but I came in for an urgent issue. While I appreciate the quick service, my concerns weren’t addressed. I would’ve preferred clear feedback on what was checked, potential issues, and costs instead of having to ask. They made it right. Update. Thank ya.

I had an appointment to diagnose my car, I left work just so I can get to my appointment, when I got there they told me that I had to come back in another day because they are busy, I don’t understand what was the purpose of the appointment in the first place. Also they could just call me so I don’t waste my time driving all the way there. So disappointing.

We worked with Dustin and Brandon. Dustin was excellent to discuss our options and needs he was honest and very fair. We chose an excellent tire. We made an appointment for the installation of all 4 tires. Dustin worked so hard to get our tires from neighbor stores but consistently ran into road blocks. He worked very hard. We finally found a solution. Dustin went to the location himself and was able to obtain tires. We appreciated him so much we bought 4 new tires on the spot for our truck, applied for credit and came back for service on our truck. We came in for 1,100 set of tires. Left with. Over 3k in tires and service. We will be very loyal customers all because of good work and honesty.

It’s the second time I’ve been here and this time I have an appointment. They rescued me and my vehicle from another auto shop disaster. Even though I was beyond pissed and doing a poor job of holding it in, they understood and did a great job of fixing someone else’s problem. The professionals, the conversation, the fact that there is no roaches or spiders crawling around, I will definitely be back. There’s nothing fancy about a mechanics shop. So it comes down to quality service and doing the job right the first time. By the way it’s perfect for people with mobility disabilities.

Called on Friday to get a quote, left today for over $25 less than quote because he found a better coupon. Dustin is so nice and helpful. They did our front breaks, oil change, and for free fixed a under panel that was hanging. Everyone was helpful and they got me in and out in about 2 hours. I just wish the lobby was warmer, otherwise the best experience!
